We all boarded the ship and I went to the helm as my father followed me, still holding his jar of dirt. Elizabeth was caring for Will as he got knocked out...by my father, which I don't think he knew that I knew he did that. I'm more observant than he thinks.

"Where's the commodore?" Gibbs asked my father.

"Fell behind." My father informed.

"My prayers be with him." Gibbs said sadly and than he smiled. "Best not wallow in our grief. The bright side is you're back and made it off free and clear."

Suddenly there was a loud noise beside us and a ship emerged from the water. The Flying Dutchman. I placed my hand on my sword and tightened my grip, not batting an eyelash for that slimy freak.

"Lord on high, deliver us." Gibbs muttered. Davy's crew were yelling at us as they held there weapons in offensive positions.

"I'll handle this mate." My father said and pushed past me. I just shot him a confused look and he walked to the rail of the ship. "Oi, fishface!" He yelled as he held up the jar of dirt. "Lose something? Eh?" He asked as he began walking and than he fell down the stairs.

I just looked at him and my jaw fell slack. 'What an idiot'

He than raised his hands with the jar. "Got it!" He exclaimed. He than stood up fully. "Come to negotiate, eh, have you, you slimy git? Look what I got." He said as he began to walk past the crew. "I got a jar of dirt, I got a jar of dirt and guess what's inside it?" He sang while smiling widely. I just looked at him and I let out a little laugh.

I watched as cannons started being deployed on the Dutchman and I quickly shut up. I backed up behind Gibbs.

"Hard to starboard!" Elizabeth screamed. I ran to the wheel and began to turn us away from the Dutchman.

"Brace up the foreyard!" Will yelled.

"She's on us! She's on us!" Pintel exclaimed as he ran up the stairs next to me. A cannon ball than whizzed past my head and I screamed.
"BLOODY HELL!" I huffed.

My father ran up to me and moved me aside. "Go get cover, love!" He said all concerned.

"I'll be fine!" I stated and gripped onto the rail. He gave me a glare and sighed loudly.

"Fine!" He expressed. I smiled to myself as another cannon ball hit the main deck and some crew member flew over board. I looked behind us and I could see the Dutchman, but it was falling behind.

"She's falling behind!" Elizabeth exclaimed.

"Aye, We've got her!" Gibbs smiled.

"We're, the faster?" Will asked.

"Against the wind, the Dutchman beats us. That's how she takes her prey." Gibbs said.

"But with the wind we rob her advantage." I said.

"Aye!" Gibbs said and than all of us backed away from the rail, expect Will.

"There giving up!" Marty yelled. We all started cheering and I walked next to my father. Will than walked up to us.

"My father is on that ship. If we can out run her. We can take her. We should turn and fight." Will stated.

"Why fight when you can negotiate?" My father than lifted his jar of dirt. "All one needs is the proper leverage." He than placed the jar on the rail.

Suddenly the ship got hit by something and the impact caused my body to hit the rail and I fell over. But I managed to grab a hold of the rail and held on as my body hung. I watched as my fathers jar fell and shattered below.
