Chapter 11

After that night Sora either disappear or was... dead. Umi still has his fever but has gone down a little. Ruka was found laying on the beach in a trance, but when woken up she became traumatized by what happened to her.

Today was the day for Ruka to check out of the hospital. I came with her parents to the hospital and was to take her home while her parents had a meeting with her doctor. I enter the waiting room for her.

"AHHH!" I got up immediately and looked around. "What's wrong? Are you okay?" A nurse crouched down near Ruka as she was screaming. I rushed over to her and held her hand.

"Hey Ruka. It's me (y/n). It's going to be okay." I say calmly. She uncovers her ears with her hands and looked up at me. "Y-y/n)?" She calms down and stands up. I open my arms and she comes in for a hug. I rub her head as she closes her eyes and relax more.

"I'm goin to take you home while you parents are talking with your doctor." She looks up at me. "Why aren't they taking me home? Did something happen?" "Don't worry. They just have to go back to work but they need someone to watch over you. To make sure your okay." I smile at her and break the hug.

"Okay. Let's get you home." We leave the hospital after her paperwork was filled out. I hop in the car and she sits in the passenger seat. I put on my gps and start to pullout the parking lot.

*time skip*

We arrived at her home and entered. "Are you hungry right now? I can make something for you?" She said no and went to her room.

I pulled out my phone and went to messages.

-Mr. Azumi-

Hey Mr. Azumi. Just want to let you know we arrived safely and Ruka is in her room to rest.

Hi (y/n). This is his wife Kanako. My husband is still in the meeting with the doctor. I just wanted you to know that she sometimes leaves the house through her room. So it's best if you stay with her.

Okay, will do.

And thank you again for bringing my daughter home for us.

No problem. I'm glad to help anytime.

I put my phone in my back pocket and thought of what Mrs. Azumi said. I walk the same direction Ruka did to her room.

She wasn't there.

'Aww sh*t'

I rush to the window and see that it was open. Knowing her she might have left to find Umi. Well guess I have to back out and find her. I heard that something was happening at one of the beaches so I decided to try and finder her their if she's not at the aquarium.

I texted her parents and told them she snuck out and I'm out trying to find her. Later I arrived at the aquarium and went to the back to see if Umi was still here. They said he left awhile ago but Ruka did show up here.

Next to search is the beach. Before I reach my car I called Anglade to see if he's seen Umi at all. He laughted and told me he was going to explore somewhere and that Umi and Ruka might try to come with him. I asked and he agreed to let me come and keep and eye on them.

*time skip*

I meet up with him at the same spot where we last were. The smell of the salt was stonge and the wind was clam and steady. "Over here little sunflower." I turn around and see him waving. He was sitting down under the shade of some trees and plants.

I sat down next to him and rest my head on his chest. It was a nice and comfortable silence we had for a while. "Just to let you know I have a little meeting with someone I use to work with in a while. When he does come you can hand out in my boat over there." He points to his boat.

"Okay." I say and turn to look at him. I took in his beautiful relaxing face as he had his eyes closed. He soon open them and looks at me and smiles. "I love you, Anglade." "Love you too, my little sunflower."

I blush and look away. "I've been wondering. Why do you call me your little sunflower?" He start to brush my hair with his hands and looks up in thought. "I guess because when I first meet it was golden hour and the wind was right behind you. Your hair shined from my view and I just thought of a sunflower. Do you like the name?" "I do. It's very cute."

We look up at each other and smile. Anglade stop smiling and sat up a little. "He's here. Sorry we couldn't stay in this moment longer." He apologizes while rubbing the back of his head. "Don't be sorry. I know that you still have important things to do." I go up and kissed his check before heading to his boat.

*Time skip*

I was sitting at the front of the boat with my eyes close, enjoying the light breeze. "Oh little sunflower!" I turn to the voice and saw Anglade coming on the boat. "Hey can I ask you a question?" He hummed in response. "Is it okay if I come with you to where ever you going to explore. I don't have to work for a few days because I have to keep an eye on her but you said that she will be related to it. So this is probably the only way I can find her."

He smiles. "Well good thing you came because she coming along with us now." Ruka and Umi came onto the boat behind Anglade. "Ruka!" I jump up and rush to her. "Are you okay? How's your fever? Where did you go?" She backs up and is taken aback by the number of questions. "I'm fine. I just need to go somewhere the meteorite is telling me to go."

I agree and was just glad that the both of them were okay. We sat down as Anglade got the boat ready to set sail. "Just to let y'all know that this will take a few days so get ready."
