Duncan's pov

I was dressed in my best outfit and I went to the address I knocked on the door it opened and I saw angela wearing a cute outfit

"Hey Duncan" she said with her hair down her beautiful blue eyes are shimmering in the sunlight she chuckled at me

"Duncan" she said "oh yeah ready to go" I asked "yes I am so where are you taking me" she asked "somewhere mind blowing" I said

"Well I look forward to it then" she said we walked away and I was taking her to the secret base she seemed perfectly fine with it

We both walked in "there you are kid where've you been" blitz said "hey Angela" I heard and saw Angela's sister wait what are they doing here

"Emma, Izzy, Charlotte, Cora, Ashley why are you here early" Angela said giving me quite the surprise

"Wait a second hold on you knew we were going here wait I'm so confused" I said "well you didn't need to know" Ashley said

"Ashley" a girl with heterochrome eyes said scoldingly "hey kaiju boy turn around" she said and the giant wolf was right in my face

I fell to the ground and it turned into Angela "well now you know sorry for keeping this a secret from you Duncan but it was pretty confidential" she said

Angela's pov

His jaw was wide open I kneel down and close his mouth with my finger "sorry just wanted to make sure everything was safe" I said

He sighed and looked at me smiling slightly "yeah it's fine" he said I smiled and helped him up "from now on their going to help us get rid of these monsters" blitz said

I cleared my throat "more appropriately called gemonsters" I said crossing my arms "you be quiet girlie" he said I growled at him

"Don't you test my patience I am the alpha wolf I've been hunting these things for 6 years I know more than what you're little nutsized brain does" I said angrily

"So don't you call me girlie if you want to try and figure out how to defeat them then be my guest" I said as an alarm went off

Duncan's pov

Angela just watched the monitor in anger "your not going" I asked "no he can do it himself I just want a little respect once in a while" she said

"Hey" I said and grabbed her hand "please" I said her eyes narrowed slightly she sighed "if he wants me to help he needs to ask for it himself" she said

I sighed I went out to help them and I saw some kaiju as well "leave them alone" I said and attacked the kaiju attacking them

I was hit through the sky but someone caught me I looked and saw "Angela" I said "oh hush I'm only here because of you alright" she said

She went into her wolf form and started attacking them at the necks I attacked the kaiju while Angela attacked the gemonsters

A gemonster was about to attack blitz "blitz" I said he turned around but Angela bit down on it's neck and forced the gem off of it making it disappear

Back at base

I saw blitz walk up to Angela and they talked quietly while I watched them silently I heard someone sit next to me and saw Angela

"So..." I said "he's ok for a gym teacher but I told him next time he makes me angry I'll feed him to the monsters myself" she said

I laughed a little at that "well the only reason I ever went out there was because of you so" she said and hugged me I hugged her back

Ashley's pov

I growled and tried to go over there to give him a piece of my mind but Izzy held me back "god damn you let me go" I said

"So you can pummel the kid to death not a chance" she said dragging me away from them "I think they like each other" Charlotte said

"Oh hell no he wants my sister and my blessing he needs to go through me first" I said "I think they look cute together" Cora said

"Your delusional" I said Emma smirked "aw are you worried he'll take her away from you how sweet" she said I growled and muttered to myself

Angela walked up to me and saw the look on my face she crossed her arms "what happened this time" she said annoyed

"Ashley is worried that half kaiju over there is going to take you away from her" Izzy said she shook her head and smirked

Angela's pov

"A bit overprotective of you Ashley don't you think" I saw with crossed arms "I don't know about that" Ashley said unsure

"Well buck up cause your joining me at school tomorrow" I said she tried to argue but I glared at her she shut her mouth up right away

She mumbled to herself and walked outside we all walked home and went to our beds I stayed up for a bit reading a book

I thought for a second and flipped to the next page I sighed and layed my book down at my side "Ashley get away from my door and go to sleep" I said

I heard running and shook my head as I picked up my book to read again I soon fell asleep peacefully

The next day

I was up early the next morning and forced Ashley to go to school with me she wouldn't be in the same classes as me though

I wrote down my notes "hey Angela" I heard and saw troy I looked back down at my book uninterested in the boy in front of me

"C'mon just talk to me" he said I sighed and kept my eyes on my book he walked away but started picking on Duncan I groaned in annoyance
