Angela's pov

I was with my friends and they were training while I watched them from a far distance "aren't you gonna join them" Duncan asked

"No my pack always need training me I don't need to train because of my incredible strength and physique" I said crossing my arms

"Your wolf form you mean" he said I chuckled "in a way my werewolf blood increases my strength in intelligence and body" I said

"Both mentally and physically you mean" he said "yes that is basically what it means good job Duncan" I said teasing him just a little bit

"Don't treat me like a kid please" he said "never in a million years" I said and kissed his cheek "you certainly like to tease others don't you" he said

"It's not usually in my nature but I do it sometimes cause I just wanna see a smile on a person's face" I said smiling to myself

He gazed at me lovingly and took my hands in his he kissed my hands and put something in my hand it was a red gem

"What's this?" I asked "something I found lying around" he said I crossed my arms "uh huh I don't believe that" I said smirking

"Where did you actually get it Duncan" I said pinching his cheek softly he pressed a finger to his lips "that's a secret" he said

Duncan's pov

"That's not fair Duncan" Angela said pouting I laughed a little "c'mon Angela live a little" I said I turned kaiju and my wings appeared

Her eyes widened she knew what I was going to do "Duncan are you sure about this" she asked "yeah I'm sure about this" I said

I lifted her up bridal style and carried her while we were flying through the air "so are we meeting your father" she said

"You know sometimes I would like to get a heads up on how you know these things" I said "your mother told me your father was the king of kaiju" she said

"Really your best friends with my mom now" I said "what she already thinks of me as a daughter in law she told me about it when she was hanging out with me" she said

"So my mother is telling you things behind my back now that's soooo reassuring" I said shaking my head while scoffing

"Don't be jealous it's not like I'm taking your mother away from you" she said "me jealous I'm not jealous" I said truthfully

"You say that yet your face is red with jealousy" she said I smirked and we finally got to the place where my father was being held

I heard a growl my father was awake "Duncan are you here to succeed me" he asked "no of course not I just wanted you to meet someone" I said

He looked at Angela beside me "you are a werewolf" he said "yes I am" she said "your the alpha the leader I grant you my blessings make him a strong leader" he said

I facepalm of course he'd say something weird like that "um...ok?" She said unsure "did he just give me his blessing so we could get married?" She asked

"Ignore it he's just weird" I said she crossed her arms and smirked looking me up and down "excuse you look who's talking" she said laughing

I guess she has a point there I kinda pulled myself in to that one I sighed as I hugged her tightly in an embrace "Duncan let go please" she said

"Not until you stop teasing me" I said she suddenly hugged me tighter and I swear I almost felt my spine crack "ow your strong" I said

"Like I said earlier my wolf blood affects both my strength and intelligence" she said and let me go "sorry I ever contradicted that" I said

She giggled at me "what's so funny" I asked "Your too adorable" she said jumping on me and hugging me in a gentle loving embrace
