After yet another long day at work, the day still wasn't over. Julia seemed to know everyone so gets invited to parties all the time. Everytime she tries to convince me to go, I'd always decline, but today I thought, why not?

My phone buzzed.

"Hey, are you coming over now?"

"Yeah just a sec, I'm making sure I've got everything."

Zipping up my backpack, I ran down stairs and called out,

"I'm going out!"

They didn't need to know the details.

"Where?" My Mum replied. "We need to be aware of where you're- "

"I'm sleeping over at Julia's, call her mum if you don't believe me, bye."

I quickly rushed out the door. My mum always tries to make everything a meeting. I practically ran to Julia's, we didn't live too far from each other after all.

She opened the door before I knocked and hugged me tight. Her parents were out of town for a couple days so we felt especially adventurous and bold.

"Oh my god this is gonna be so much fun!" She jumped up and down excitedly.

Even though I didn't go to many parties, I was still just as excited as her. Things had been stressful for a while so I needed extreme stress relief.

It was already 8pm, which is when the party apparently started, and we hadn't even gotten ready yet. Who turns up early to parties anyway?

In a space of around 2 hours we were able to delicately apply our make up, vigorously break into our clothes and have a mini photo shoot. Record time. Both grabbing our purses, we hurried outside, laughing hysterically at nothing and ran, skipped, galloped to the location. We were high off energy.

As expected, the party was in full force; you could hear the music miles away. As we got closer, I realised how much of a party this was. First of all, the house was about five of mine in one, and people continued to rush in and spill out, all holding a drink of some sort.

When we arrived we stood for a second, admiring the house itself. Neither of us are crazy rich so seeing this in person was astonishing.

Julia grabbed my hand and we bolted inside. It was jaw-droppingly beautiful. People were located in every corner and every space. We had to force ourselves through the crowd just to get to the kitchen.

I looked around. Some people were playing card games, some slouched back bopping their heads to the music, some dancing as if it was a competition and some had blacked out, completely. Not to mention the various couples giving each other sex eyes and pelting up the stairs to go and fulfil that desire.

I suddenly realised that Julia wasn't by my side anymore and found her flirting with another guy. I started having second thoughts on why I even came. I sighed.

A hand lightly tapped my shoulder.

"Hey, would you like a drink?" The young guy said with a gentle smile.

Taken aback slightly, I stammered.

"Um y-yes, thank you."

I didn't have much knowledge or history in alcohol, so I took whatever he gave me. On my first sip, the drink flowed down like lava, burning my throat and chest. I shook my head and made a disgusted face, how do people have this so often?

He gazed at me and laughed.

"First time?"

"Yeah, how do people have this so often, I can't imagine that." I said, laughing along.

I took my drink and we walked into the living room.

As soon as we found somewhere to sit, my eye caught a familiar face. He was laughing and talking enthusiastically. He turned his head in my direction, and that's when I realised.

Diego is here?!

For an unknown reason, I hurried out of the living room and back into the kitchen. I took any drink that looked remotely disgusting and poured three shots. I downed each of them, one after another, wincing at the strong taste. I chased it with tango and shook my head at the icy feeling.

I went to find the guy that gave me a drink, who I saw, was still in the same position as I left him. Jerking my head sideways, Diego and I locked eyes.

A young girl emerged from his side and my brain searched for why I recognised her so much. That's when it occurred to me...it was the same girl that had disrespected me at the shop.

Whether it was the alcohol or my frustrated and angry feelings surfacing, I felt a sudden surge of confidence.

As a sexy song began to blast from the speakers, the lights turned a deep wine red. I grabbed the guy's hand and dragged him with me, closer to Diego. People began to clear away so only a few people were left between us. The girl hadn't seen me yet, but Diego couldn't take his eyes off me.

I giggled under my breath and pulled my body closer to the guy. Crotch against crotch, I began to circle my hips, whining upon his body. I grabbed the back of his head and pulled it down towards me. His warm breath tickled my ear and I grinned, throwing my head back as the feeling crept rapidly throughout my body.

I pushed him down onto the sofa and straddled him, keeping the same rhythm and movement within my hips. He gripped my waist, pulling me closer, begging for more. Staring directly at Diego, I slid his hands down lower and lower...

I lost control of myself. I would never do this sober. But here I was, doing it with confidence as if I was experienced.

As the song ended I bit my bottom lip, releasing it sexily and smirked. I winked at Diego and left the room.

I found Julia, grabbed her hand and we both ran out of the house and onto the road. I made sure I didn't give the guy enough time to ask for my number.

We sprinted, jumped, and screamed like children.

For a second I thought about what I did. I had no idea why I did it. I owed nothing to Diego, yet I felt the need to let him know what he could've had.

Running now, barefooted, we arrived at her house and as soon as the door opened we both fell, dragging each other down.

We stayed like that and fell asleep, drunk as hell, in the hallway.
