Accelerator ran far away, he wasn't sure where he was going but he was surely out of The Void. Accelerator had retreated when Commander and his team had beaten Fallen King, he was scared for his life, he couldn't easily trust these people. When he first met them, Commander said they wouldn't hurt him but instead needed him for more power, to expand his team. Accelerator glared at him and told him he didn't want to be used, he wanted to be alone.

One even pulled a rifle on him! Ranger, or whoever he was. Luckily Ranger was told to put the gun down by Commander which gave Accelerator time to bolt away before they even had the chance to catch him.

Pushing past branches and trees, Accelerator finally ended up in an open area. But it wasn't what he expected, an abandoned nuclear plant.

"What the..." Accelerator glanced around, before seeing a silhouette of a figure on the roof of a building, they had a glowing visor, but before Accelerator could call for them, they quickly walked away.

Was it an enemy? Possibly. Accelerator had to get rid of enemies, he was taught to, for Fallen King.

Sprinting towards the nuclear plant, Accelerator felt that he hit some barrier, and fell back. Looking at what was in front of him, was some wire. Oh. It was a wire fence.

Accelerator gripped onto the wire fence and shook it, when it did nothing, Accelerator took out his ray gun, given by the Void Reavers just for him.

Shooting the fence, he watched it disintegrate and walked through the gap created. Accelerator walked to the building where he saw the figure, avoiding the green goop on the ground.

Once Accelerator reached the roof, he heard something move frantically behind the door and Accelerator kicked the door down, walking onto the roof and looking around. When Accelerator neared a pile of boxes, he heard whimpering. "Show yourself!" Accelerator pointed his ray gun at the pile, watching as someone push the boxes away hurriedly and stood up, hands in the air.

"Don't hurt me! I won't hurt you!" The other cried as they kicked their gun away. "Who are you? Where are your teammates?" Accelerator inched closer, causing the green visor man to snifle. "I'm Toxic Gunner, I don't have teammates anymore, they left me here..!" Toxic Gunner cried, Accelerator suddenly felt bad, he wasn't going to kill someone who's alone and abandoned.

Lowering his ray gun, Accelerator growled at himself for being so soft. "I'll...be your teammate," Accelerator said, "But that doesn't mean we're friends."

Toxic Gunner slowly put his hands down, smiling a little. "Thank you..."

'Damn it,' Accelerator's glare softened a bit, 'I'm going to protect him.' Accelerator swore. He suddenly felt responsible for this stranger had just met.

Suddenly, Accelerator heard growling and turned to look at Toxic Gunner. "Sorry...I'm a bit hungry." Accelerator let out a quiet 'oh', before walking towards the door that lead to the stairs. "I'll be searching for food, don't die." Accelerator said sternly, Toxic Gunner nodded quickly, "I won't!"
