she knew it was getting bad,
when she sat on the bottom step
for hours on end without realising it.her expression empty and numb
reviling what her body truly felt.
her body itself was fine,
she was in good health and had a good physical state.
but the mind she was trapped in,
crumbled around her everyday.she knew it was getting bad,
when she hadn't dared to eat that day.
it was not her fault.
but her mind made it seem like that.
the feelings she were told would pass, still stuck with her years later.she knew it was getting bad,
when her mind decided to make her pain disappear, leaving her mind blank & clear from any type of emotion.that was bad.
so she decided to feel.
and by doing so, she too, disappeared.the pain was gone.
but so was she.-b.
