I was given a few ideas for rivals for Samantha and Cody. I will gladly take more suggestions.  You can make your own character and put them down in the comments.

Please give me a name, appearance, Pokemon, personality, and whoever you want them to be a rival for.

With that out of the way, enjoy the chapter!

Samantha and Cody had made it back to Viridian City. They walked past their house with Kitsune chilling back in Samantha's arms as they were still making their way to the Pokemon center. They then heard a female voice announce to the whole city.

"Attention, citizens of Viridian City! Attention, citizens of Viridian City! We have reports of possible Pokemon thieves in the area! Be on the lookout for suspicious-looking strangers! Repeat be on the lookout for suspicious-looking --"

"Pokemon thieves, huh?" Samantha wondered."It couldn't be big sister, right?" She asked out loud.

"I doubt it," Cody said. "Last time I checked, she was into a Pokemon contest."

"Right there no way she is a Pokemon thief like Team rocket," Samantha muttered.

"Vulpix," Kitsune said, looking at up at her trainer and Cody and, at the same time, resting in the comfort of Samantha's arms.

Suddenly Samatha were both stopped in their tracks with someone holding their backpacks. It was none other than Officer Jenny.

"Hold it!" Officer Jenny snapped, causing both twins to turn around quickly.

Before anyone could ask what was going on, Officer Jenny spoke up while looking over at Kitsune in Samatha's arms. "And just where do you think you're going with that pokemon?"

"We're heading to the Pokemon center to heal her along with the rest of our Pokemon," Cody stated, wondering why Officer Jenny was stopping them.

"Yeah, is that a problem?" Samantha asked, confused. Kitsune let a sequel just as confused with what was going on.

"Really, so you weren't stealing it. Just show me your's, and you can go," Jenny replied softly.

"Uh, okay, we will since you clearly don't recognize. Then again, we don't leave home often," Cody said as he took out his Pokedex along with  Samantha's pokedex.

"You two do seem kind of familiar. Anyway, let's see if you're the real deal..." Officer Jenny started just before she turned on both of the Andrew twin's Pokedex so she could see what it had to say about the twins.

"I am Dexter; a Pokedex programmed by Professor Oak for Pokemon trainer Cody Andrew of Viridian City. My function is to provide Cody Andrew with information and advice regarding Pokemon and their training. If lost or stolen, I can't be replaced," Cody's Pokedex said.

"I am Dexter; a Pokedex programmed by Professor Oak for Pokemon trainer Samantha Andrew of Viridian City. My function is to provide Cody with information and advice regarding Pokemon and their training. If lost or stolen, I can't be replaced," Samatha's  Pokedex added.

"Now I recognize you both your Andrew siblings," Officer Jenny said. "The kids we found living on the streets until we moved you back into your mom's old house. Your bag will get you mistaken as a thief, you know."

"I know that, but this bag is important to us, officer Jenny," Cody stated. "If you don't mind, we like to get back to the Pokemon center. So we can continue our journey before it nighttime."

"Sure thing, take care, you two," She then gave the twins back their pokedexes. The twins gave their thanks before continuing their way to the Pokemon center to get their Pokemon healed up.

Soon enough, after a good 30 minutes of walking. Cody and Samantha spotted a red building in the distance. It was the Pokemon center, a place where trainers go to heal their injured Pokemon.

"Alright, we made it to the Pokemon center now to heal our Pokemon," Samantha said with relief while Kitsune, her Vulpix, was sleeping in her arms.

"You know, since it is getting late, maybe we should get room to stay the night," Cody said as they walked inside the pokemon center.

A woman with pink hair and wearing a nurse outfit was sitting down at the front desk. Meaning she was Nurse Joy, the nurse in charge of the Pokemon center.

"Excuse me, Nurse Joy? Could you please heal our Pokemon?" Cody asked. "My sister and I would like a room for the night."

Nurse Joy smiled at them, giving an aura of kindness just nurse should. After a few minutes, she finally spoke up. "Of course, just hand me your Pokemon, and I take them in the back to get healed," She said as Cody headed her his two pokeballs, and Samatha gave her Kitsune and a Pokeball, placing on a stretcher being pushed the Pokemon named Chansey.

"Your room is upstairs in room number 203," She said, heading them to a key to the room. "Wait into the waiting area. I will let you both know when your Pokemon are fully healed," She said, following the Chansey to the back room.

The twins nodded and went and took a seat in the chairs in the waiting room while waiting for their Pokemon to finish being healed up by Nurse Joy. While waiting for their Pokemon to be healed, Samantha was looking at the strange Pokeball she found once again, wondering what was inside of it.

'Still have no idea what kind of pokemon could be in this Pokeball.' Sam thought as she put the Pokeball away.

"Cody and Samantha, your Pokemon are fully healed!" Nurse Joy announced.

Samantha and Cody then walked over to the front desk and grabbed their pokeballs while Kitsune hopped onto Sam's shoulder.

Suddenly, the door openly rapidly as Officer Jenny entered on a motorcycle with a familiar raven hair boy ridding with her holding an injured Pikachu.
