Another day, another new experience. I'm prepared for going to school. It's a very long time ago I use to do this. Wake up earlier than before. I see my classmates use stockings so I think I can use short leggings under my skirt. Checking my bag. Make sure nothing is left. I hear some crackling from my shrine then I realize. I took two fabrics from the shrine and keep them. "Sorry, I almost forgot. I think I'm just too excited for today," I said as I tie the white fabric to my bag strap. Make sure to lock my door and be ready to go. While walking down from my apartment floor, I check the news for today. Nothing interesting. I look at the street and see fluffy green hair-like bushes stood in front of the gate. Is he waiting for me?
"Good morning, Midoriya," I greeted. He looks like just sees a ghost and jumps away. "G-Good morning, K-Kumiko-san," greeted him. I smile faintly look at his expression. "Shall we?" I asked him. He nodded vigorously. I never find such a good personality boy like him back there. "Did you wait for me?" I asked to open the conversation. "N-no, I mean, I thought I just forgot something but I'm not after searching in my bag," he answered. I just nodded hear about that. Then the rest of the way to school, Izuku ask me a lot. Sometimes just talking about how Japan compared to my hometown or what's looks like my hometown.
He's a good listener and interesting company. I noticed a minimarket nearby us. "Midoriya, is I okay if I go to minimarket for a sec? It's ok if you want to go first," I asked him. "N-no, it's okay. Is fun to have company while walking to school," he answered. Izuku waiting outside while I grab bread, coffee, and milk for Izuku. "Here," I gave him milk. "Y-you don't have to, Kumiko-san," he rejected my offer. "Think as my gratitude because of yesterday," I insisted. Izuku accepts my offer and we continued walking.
At the school gate, I see Arisa looking at me that way. I cursed under my breath. "What's wrong, Kumiko-san?" Izuku asked me. I'm just shaking my head either answered Izuku and look at Arisa with a big smile. Remember me, why I'm still hanging around her. "GOOD MORNING, YAMA-CHAN, MIDO-KUN!" she shouted at us. "Swiped that big smile out off your face before I did," I warned her. She just smiled bigger than before. "So... how do you guys can come to school together?" of course is just a trick question. "Heh? You guys come to school together?" Uraraka asked out of nowhere. "Yes, Yama and I apparently live in the same complex apartment," Izuku answered. Before it's getting worse, I walked faster but just got held by Arisa. "Arisa..." I said. "Yama-chan bought you milk?! So generous of you, Yama-chan," she keeps going to tease me. At this point, I'm ready to kick Arisa out of existence.
"Tsuyoku nareru riyuu wo shitta... Boku wo tsurete susume...". Suddenly my phone rings, I immediately picked up the phone. Shit! I just forgot to silent my phone. "Hello?" I asked. I didn't get to see who's calling. "Yama! Don't forget to go to school!" I see who's calling me. "I'm already at school, Auntie. Thank you for reminding me to go to school and to put my phone into silent mode. Bye," I ended the call. "So, you watch that anime too, Kumiko?" someone asked behind me.
I looked behind and see my other classmate. "Hanta Sero! You got me out of guard!" I said seeing him just smile. "Y-yeah, I watched some anime," I murmured. "Oh, Sero! She's a big nerd of anime too," Arisa whispered to Sero. "Oi! I'm not. Only some anime," I added. After that, I and the other two remainings talking about anime. "Do you see the new episode of that anime yesterday?" Arisa asked. "Don't make me cry again, Arisa," I answered wipe my fake tears. "What anime?" another my classmate asked
"Oh, Denki! The one anime talking about slaying demon with breathing technique," Sero answered the yellow-haired boy. "Oh! Yeah, I know that anime. It's so cool. I hope that breathing technique is real," Denki thought. "Well, basically it's real but the results aren't like that," I assumed. "IS IT?" Denki and Sero yell at me. I just nodded at them. I think I make another mistake. "YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT?!" they shouted again. I nodded more vigorously. "CAN YOU SHOW US?!" they shouted again and again. "What's happening here? It looks like Kumiko got cornered," the red hair boy observed.
