Part 6: Kabuto Strikes, Chunin Exams Part 2

{Timeskip X years}

[Setting change]

Team 1 had just made it to Training Grounds 44 where the Chunin hopefuls all were. Anko yelled "alright maggots. here's how this is going to work. there are two scrolls, your team starts with one scroll and you can do anything to get the other. then once you have both scrolls you are to head to the tower which is 5 kilometers from here" Choji raised his hand "What Maggot?" He said "what are we supposed to eat during this time?" Anko said "worry not there is stuff you can eat in the forest. but I suggest you keep your guard up. because there are both poisonous plants. and man-eating animals" Choji looked shocked. "if there are no more questions sign these forms. saying that Konoha is not responsible for your deaths inside this forest" as everyone signed the forms. Anko said "and once you've signed the forms go to a tent and collect one of the scrolls. then head to a gate with the same number you're given" She walked away for a bit. Team 1 walked towards a tent. and got a heaven scroll Naruto decided to hang onto the scroll. then he smelled snake and evil again. he saw the boy with glasses approach a gate to their left and a suna team to their right. the suna team seemed to be rooting to kill them. then it clicked. Kabuto was after Satsuki or Sasuke for their Sharingan. then with the help of suna invade Konoha. he'd heard that Kabuto was an underling of Orochimaru's at one point who took it too far and then defected. swearing to come back to take Konoha down. Naruto at this point had sent out a small pulse of energy. that only Danzo and Anbu/Ex-Anbu Knew the whole of training grounds 44 was surrounded by anbu and ROOT. Kabuto sensed them and cursed. this jinchuriki would become an issue. he was smart and strong, he would truly become a nice vessel. but he cared more for the Sharingan as it would give access to one of the highest powers out there. Little did he know Naruto had a Sharingan already at Mangekyo.

Back with Team 1, Naruto told them the threat of Kabuto and Suna. so he was prepared for an attack. then the alarm sounded for the chunin exams to begin.

(we'll be taking multiple POVs in this story. one for each Konoha team and also when teams clash.)

Team 2 POV:

Sasuke was leading his Squad towards a team. when Mito got launched away from the group. they saw a snake chase after her. then they felt it massive KI. at least as big as the KI Naruto put off. then they saw him. the boy with glasses approaching them with snakes by his sides. He said "hello Sasuke-kun Menma-kun." Sasuke said "hello Kabuto what are you here for?" Kabuto laughed "kukukuku well you see, I have a gift for you." he ran towards Sasuke while battling menma he gave Sasuke a curse mark.

Team 1 POV:

Naruto felt Sasuke's Chakra spike. so he grabbed the hands of Both Satsuki and Yugito and Hashirined towards the chakra he appeared and kicked Kabuto in the neck. making Kabuto fly into a tree. Naruto looked towards Sasuke and said "hey Sasuke you good?" Sasuke realized he didn't say teme so he knew this was serious "yeah I'm good who's this dude?" Naruto said "he's a defector of the village. who looked to deep into Orochimaru-nii's ideals and started experimenting on different ages. eventually going rogue" Sasuke looked shocked and said "so what is he after?" Naruto said "your eyes, the gift he was going to give you was a curse mark that makes you lose sanity the more you use it he'd make you crawl back to him for power. and I am pretty sure you don't want to do that to pass your brother huh?" Sasuke nodded And Menma heard the whole convo and went "and how do you know that?" Naruto looked towards the spawn and said "because I've fought him before" his voice stone cold and emotionless it freaked out Menma. who nodded and said "okay fine"

Team 3 POV:
Team 3 had just collected their second scroll one heaven and one earth. And they were headed towards the tower when the whole forest got blasted by a huge chakra blast. Team 3 went to investigate

Team 4 POV:
Team 4 had just subdued the team they were facing and had gotten the scroll when they too felt the huge blast of chakra. It was pure white chakra flowing through the forest.

Kabuto POV:
As I picked myself up out of the tree I was sent into, I looked back to see the jinchuriki. and sighed "well hello Fox-kun" Naruto smirked and in an instant had two zweihanders in his hands I felt my blood chill. he was slowly approaching me I was glad when the sound group appeared to fend him off while I delivered a curse mark to Sasuke. I gave him the mark. Then saw Naruto, he was fast dammit the plan was failing Sasuke was also staying away from me. as if he knew my past........ DAMMIT. that damn fox telling Sasuke-kun my history. I'll kill him for sure "kukukuku Fox-kun shall we fight?" Fox-kun simply nodded and got into a stance I didn't know well shit here we go I activated Snake Sage-Mod. Fox-Kun's eyes changed color. something I hadn't seen before and in an instant he was in front of me. unlike last time there wasn't a chakra burst. this was pure speed done by some outside force Naruto sliced my arm off. but because I had learned a regeneration jutsu. I puked myself out. and had my arm back. I watched as fox-kun infused some light blue chakra into his blade?  the blade seemed to glow to a heat that could melt stone. and yet Fox-Kun's hands weren't burning I would have to look into that Fox-kun said "don't disappoint me hmm?" then he sliced off my arm. and when I puked myself out again I didn't have my other arm. I looked at him in disbelief. he said simply "boom" and I seemed to melt I quickly puked myself out. and I had lost my other arm. Fox-kun said, "now you cannot learn every jutsu right?" I looked at him in rage and threw kick after kick at him all of which he blocked with his sword. the whole time smiling gleefully after a few minutes I realized my feet were burned. because they had been touching the sword covered by an aura of heat being released by the blade.

Team 1-5(team 5 is Neji Tenten and Lee) - Their POV:

Teams 1-5 minus Naruto all watched in awe as Naruto cut the dude's arm off. and like before he puked himself out and when he was finished his arm was gone. the dude was looking at Naruto in disbelief. they then realized just how small they were compared to these two power monster. but Naruto was on a level of his own. you'd think hearing him be Zeta-rank in the bingo book would make some people stand down. as all of Konoha had planned to do. but some people watching thought they could beat him as the fight progressed Kabuto got weaker and weaker. he finally dropped to the ground breathing weakly. his wounds unable to be repaired. all of the sounded people watching for the signal felt their leader's energy weaken significantly. they all fled after feeling their leader's chakra vanish.

Naruto's POV:

as I looked down upon the corpse of one Kabuto. I decided to burn the body. which I did besides the head to turn in for a reward. I and the rest of the Konoha 14 walked away towards the tower having all our scrolls

as we got to the tower we got the riddle and passed the second exam. and there stood Danzo-Jiji he began to explain......
