You know I'm normally not one to spill their feelings out, but let me begin by saying this:
I love you.
A part of me has always loved you, and it's been impossible to let you go. But I realized that I'll have to.
Seeing you at the park with our little girl made me the happiest I've been in years. It's a shame I kept her to myself because you're truly an amazing father. The way you two looked happily at each other and the feelings you confessed to me not too long ago made me ponder:
What happened to us?
Was it me?
Or you?
Or did we both equally ruin our relationship?
It wasn't the first time these thoughts clouded my head, and that's why I'm leaving you and Tae-seol for a short while. I've realized that I can't care for our family if part of me feels disconnected from the world. Believe me, deciding to leave you both behind was a hard decision but in the end, it's what's best for our family.
I trust that you'll take care of Tae-seol while I'm gone.
