Crashed

Life gained momentum,
I held on to you,
We flew through the black clouds,
And skies of blues,

The fear of you leaving,
Was more frightening,
Than the thunder,
And the lightning,

We flew through the storms,
Thought we were going right,
But there was nothing more daunting,
Than your eyes leaving my sight,

I'm just trying,
Trying to piece us back together,
Blame me for waiting,
For a beam of light,
But we kept on negating,

I was tired of trying,
Cause we were built to fall apart,
Even though we were flying,
We had crashed way too back...
