I excruciate,
Gut-wrenching pain,

Um, this one's really depressing. It's inspired from a song called 'Renegade' by Taylor Swift and Big Red Machine. This one's about a person with so many issues and insecurities. They know that every time they snap out, or explode they are hurting their partner so much. This person feels like their partner is better off without them and is having suicidal thoughts.
