A/n: 30k reads, I don't even know how to thank you all! Thank you guys for your patience! I've been gone for a bit and here's the new chapter! I'll most likely be doing two endings to my book. I hope you enjoy where my story goes! Enjoy! I got most of the cosmetics in the R6 extraction game mode! Enjoy!

I wrote 2500 words, because I'm in a rush, so I'm sorry, because school work is piling up, and I published this at 1:06 A.M. on a Tuesday morning, not Thursday. I'm sorry. :( Enjoy the quote though.

""For there to be betrayal, there would have to have been trust first." ― Suzanne Collins, The Hunger Games"

The shadow moves away. Y/n takes the safety off the shotgun, but looks at the GPS tracker. Suddenly, the door lock, as if pressurized air were to do it, pushes it from it's spot, and it hits Y/n in the stomach.

The door creaks open, and Y/n shoots it and then grabs the briefcase and runs over to the window in the room and opens it, dropping the briefcase onto the street below. He begins to climb down safely. But then, a shadowy figure emerges from the hallway, and fires a suppressed rifle shot at Y/n, making him fall, and a wound to the right side of Y/n, barely missing his hip bone and just passing through nothing vital, and becomes an exit wound.

Picking up the briefcase, Y/n crouches and does a speed walk inside the hotel entrance, seeing blood stain where the guard once was. Hearing a wooden board creak where he is, Y/n then runs out the back exit of the hotel.

He enters an alleyway, and starts running to the end of it.

The figure pops out of a window above the alleyway, shooting at Y/n again, but the round misses him. Y/n runs down the street to a corner wall and starts breathing, and thinks about what to do. Then, a Sentinel truck is spotted, which gives him a moment to flee.

Y/n runs out into the middle of the street, seeing the truck, and signals for it to stop, which it does. He hops in the passenger seat next to a Sentinel soldier and begins giving orders.

Y/n: I'm not going to kill you, I need you to drive me out of here-

The Sentinel soldier's throat pops open, making him gurgle with blood, and the windshield has tiny hole through it. Then, the soldiers head pops open, like a grape.

Y/n, in shock, likes straight down the road, seeing what looks to be a half-invisible figure propped against a car, and sees a flash of light from it.

Ducking down in just enough time, a bullet hits the seat to where Y/n's head would be.

Y/n puts the car into drive, and squeezes up next to the dead soldier, with his blood coating him. He has to duck underneath the corpse's arms to have some cover whilst ducking at the same time.

Now starting to drive the truck slowly down the street with his stolen items, more bullets hit the windshield, with the sudden snap nearly hitting Y/n multiple times. At least 10 bullets hit the windshield again, then, passing the car with figure, the passenger's side window explodes with glass from a bullet, and another one hits the door of that side.

Turning a corner to a mall area for shopping, Y/n turns the truck to the right, and begins speeding. He stops slouching and sits up straight. Messing with the rearview mirror, he sees the figure at the end of the street, and the figure shoots again, hitting the rearview mirror, and nearly hits Y/n's right hand.

Flinching in fear from this, Y/n swerves the truck to the right, hitting a parked car, and making the corpse slump onto Y/n, making Y/n learn the smell of brain matter. He hops out, with small blood drops on him from his face getting cut a little from the shards of glass.
