Inside my glossy bubble, I float around in the sky
Bustling towns, people roaming about as I pass by
Everyone doing their job, busy, ignorant of others
Everyday, again again, like never ending grey winters
Factories release smoke, actors perform their show
And I don't leave my bubble, because I wasn't told soGolden rays bouncing off over a crystalline blue river
Emitting light like spotlights featuring the stars of the river
Amongst the other treasures under the fluid veil
Going about their mechanical business without fail
The river flows down and the fish swim up oh so slow
And I don't leave my bubble, because I wasn't told soInto the forest, enclosed by ancient trees, I find myself lost
I dare not make a move for I fear them when they're crossed
The wind passes and I follow along. The trees are dancing
Vivacious leaves swaying side to side, the scene entrancing
I look up to the sky where freedom flies while I'm caged below
I wish to leave my bubble, but I'm powerless to do so
