Professor McGonagall was leading Harry toward the place where the dragons were, around the edge of the forest, but when they approached the clump of trees behind which the enclosure would be clearly visible, Harry saw that a tent had been erected, its entrance facing them, screening the dragons from view.
"You're to go in here with the other champions," said Professor McGonagall, in a rather shaky sort of voice, "and wait for your turn, Potter. Mr Bagman is in there. . . he'll be telling you the - the procedure. . . . Good luck. "
"Thanks," said Harry, in a flat, distant voice. She left him at the entrance of the tent. Harry went inside.
Fleur Delacour was sitting in a corner on a how wooden stool. She didn't look nearly as composed as usual, but rather pale and clammy. Viktor Krum looked even surlier than usual, which Harry supposed was his way of showing nerves. Cedric was pacing up and down. When Harry entered, Cedric gave him a small smile, which Harry returned, feeling the muscles in his face working rather hard, as though they had forgotten how to do it.
In meantime, Hermione, Ginny, Daniella, Ron and the twins went to the stands.
"Bets!", yelled Fred and George in unison
Daniella looked at them, "As much as I don't appreciate it I will bet 10 galleons on Harry ", she said and placed her money in their box
"Wohoo, children! Come and join our little sister and support her knight in shining armour!" Exclaimed Fred so a lot of people would hear
"FRED!", bellowed Dani
He just laughed and went along with George through the crowd.
"I hope he will be alright", Hermione spoke up tensely
"He will", assured her Daniella, "If you want you can go and talk to him once again in that tent. You have some time left", she said pointing at the champions' tent
"That's a great idea! But with one correction. You should go", Hermione told looking at Dani
"Why me?"
"Because you can cheer him up more than I, right, Ginny?"
The red-headed girl looked from Hermione to Daniella, "Exactly", she stated and nudged her sister to stand up
"You two will be the death of me", she groaned and hurried off to the tent
She opened the curtains a little bit and marked that Harry was nervously standing and looking at the floor not so far away from her, "Harry!", she whisper-shouted
