The Aftermath

- A few things I forgot. I am mostly using the manga version of Naruto. Also the Boruto version of the character will be older than the Og.

" I hope you win, Naruto." Hinata mumbled to the blond. The whisker Kunoichi gave a nod.

" We can do it, my youth rival students. " declared Gai. Most of the people in the room were deadpanned.

" You're finally awake yet, uh " Naruto called out. as Uchiha groans in pain feeling the injuries he suspends. slowly opening his eyes staring at the blond.

" As you can see. If either of us move too much we'll bleed out. " The Jinchuriki managed to spat out.

" Why go this far? Why do all that to get in my way. " Sasuke mumbled out.

" I gained power to enter darkness and sever all ties. Naturally, everyone's tried to cut their bonds with me, at some point, " Sasuke suddenly stops to glance at the figure next to him.

" Except for you. You've never once attempted to kill me. " The male continued.

" isn't it obvious Teme because you're important to me. Like you said I'm your one and only friend. Dattebayo " Naruto from the past respond

" Plus, you're extremely lonely and emo anyway. " the blond added. causing Shisui to laugh at the alive Uchiha.

" She's right, you know. Damn even after my death you're still as lonely as I remember. " Shusui remarks.

" Shut up, the both of you. " Sasuke warned in embarrassment.

" Except Sasu isn't as cheerful nor as innocent as I remember. " Mikoto chided in.

" Innocent. Cheerful. Those aren't words I would refer to Sasuke. " Kakashi wondered even after having Uchiha in his team. Those description doesn't suit him.

" No matter what. Why do you keep involving yourself with me? Now that body can't move. Just answer me. " Sasuke demanded the blond to explain herself.

" Cuz your my friend " The Blond mumbled.

" You said that before. What do you mean exactly by that. " Question Sasuke wanting to know the meaning behind those words.

" You asked me to explain. to be honest with you it is not like I understand it myself either.

Just that when I see you carry those burdens and going about everything somewhat....

HURTS. " Naruto Tries her best to explain herself.

" It Hurts... Inside so much, I can't just leave it alone! Though Today I'm in pain everywhere " Naruto finishes her explanation. Sasuke wide eye at Naruto realizing the pain she probably went through because of him.

' Naruto -- I Knew you were always alone. the village shunned you just like me, the lone Uchiha survivor. I Internally though you did stupid things for attention. originally thought of you as a lose, a weakling begging for attention-

" You know you didn't have to be mean, Teme " Naruto shouted at her future husband.

" That was cruel, Sasuke " Mikoto supported her future-daughter-in-law.

" She's right, you know, you try being nice to her at least. " Jiraiya added, not likely the way his thought of Naruto. Many agreed with the notion of Sasuke to act nicer toward the blond.
