A few weeks later

I finish putting on my eyeliner as the doorbell rings.

"I got it!" I yell running down the stairs.

I open the door and Paige is standing there with her purse in one hand and a coffee in the other.

"Morning sunshine." She says. I smile.

"Morning. Ready?" I ask.

She nods. "I'm leaving mom!" I yell.

"Ok Clara has dance later so we won't be back till 6!"

"Sounds good. Bye Clara!" I yell closing the door.

Paige and I walk to her car. I look around the neighborhood and see someone that looks familiar. I just can't figure out who she is.

"Chlo. You ok?" Paige asks opening her door.

I nod and sit down.

"Hey beautiful." Josh whispers sitting next to me at the lunch table.

"Hey." I say taking a bite of my fry. Josh nods up and I look in the distance.

Nick walks over with a rose in his hand.

He stands behind Paige. Josh nods over at him.

"Um Paige." Nick asks tapping her shoulder. She turns around and smiles.

"Hi nick." Paige says.

Nick grabs the back of his neck, "Um....."

Josh coughs.....

I look over at him. He winks at me.

"Ummm... Paige I know I haven't known you for a long time but will you um like to go out on a date with me?"

Paige smiles wide and I look over at Josh surprised.

She nods, "Yes. Of course."

I laugh and kiss Josh's cheek.

Once the noise dies down I finally am able to talk to Josh.

"My mom is bringing Clara to dance tonight so I was thinking we could do something." I ask.

Josh grins, "Like what?"

I smirk, "Not what you think. Maybe like watch a movie or something."

He laughs, "Sounds good. I'll meet you at your house."

I kiss his lips quickly and walk away with Paige to our next class.

"So you and Nick huh?" I ask.

Paige smiles, "Yes! He is so sweet!"

"Where is he taking you?"

"Um out to this fancy resteraunt than a movie." She says.

"Well I hope you have a good time. I will talk to you later. Call me when you leave." I give Paige a hug and walk into my class.////end of chapter 17
