MADELINE HART HAD always been a girl who saw the best in people even when nobody else did. In many ways she became the sunlight in people's darkness, But that all changed as she got older.

BORN IN 1965 she had grown up along side her father in HYDRA and hated what they did to people and the world. Her father had made sure that she was to become a top agent of the organisation and that's exactly what she became. Spending most of her time training with a man who she knew had no control of what he did, learning that his name used to be James.

AS THE YEARS went on, Madeline had developed a friendship with James. She became the only person he seemed to trust when he was under HYDRA's orders and when he wasn't. They would be sent out on missions together and she sometimes managed to get him to open up about his time in the army when they were alone. She became his person, the person who saw the good in him behind all the trauma he had and the person who didn't make him feel completely alone.

WHEN HER FATHER learnt about the relationship she had with James he was was furious. He had no idea what he was meant to do with this, His daughter was one of the best agents in the organisation and James was one of the most dangerous assassins to have. The choice he made destroyed Madeline , he sent James away on more missions, while Madeline was sent under the ice to make sure she remained young and kept her away.

WHEN STEVE ROGERS stopped HYDRA alongside his team, Madeline made the decision to disappear after being unfrozen and kept hidden. She fled the country and landed in London but the only thing on her mind over the years was wondering what happened to James. She didn't know if he had been killed or if he had been rescued and shown mercy.

DURING THE BLIP Madeline had been alone for 5 years, helping people when she could and finding her old self again. She moved back to the states and settled down in Brooklyn, New York with a roommate she had met online, until everyone suddenly came back from the dead and Madeline found herself running into someone she never thought she would see again.
