Hey kiddos! You might be wondering what the hell this is. Well, as a gun nut and perhaps too obsessed with military equipment and machines of death, I often come up with crazy equipment. I've finally gotten around to organizing my ideas under one name: FSF, or FireSide Firearms. Larger equipment such as armored cars or tanks are under FSD, or FireSide Dynamics. Finally, both FSF and FSD are under FSE, or FireSide Equipment.
I chose to put these little shorts here since I figured at least some of you kiddos might be fellow gun nuts or interested in military equipment. These will be between chapters.
With that out of the way, here's the first of these shorts: The FSF-12-100!
FSF-12-100:
With the end of the recent action in the Middle East, Major Midoriya requested a personal custom weapon with more stopping power than the Remington shotguns currently provided to the Blackops. The top designers sat down to come to a solution for the Major's request. What they came up with as described by Head Engineer Simmons was: "The result of the love child of a UTS-15 and a DP-12 combined with the love child of a KSG-25 and DP-12 which had an affair with a Benelli M3." This emerged as the FSF-12-100.
(DP-12 Shotgun)
(KSG-25 Shotgun)
(UTS-15 Shotgun)
(Benelli M3 Shotgun)
A quadruple barreled bullpup shotgun with the option of selecting between pump-action and semi-auto, the Major requested for a large ammo capacity. In compliance, the engineering team had each barrel fed from 2x 12 round (3-1/2 inch 12 gauge shotgun shells) tube magazines. Resulting in a ammo capacity of 96+4 with 96 rounds in the magazines and 4 in the chambers.
Weighing a hefty 30 lbs (14 kg) empty, the FSF-12-100 (FSF-12 for short) was not made for the average foot soldier. The four barrels can be fired either separately, in pairs of two, or in a salvo of four. With the salvo only to be used in moments of desperation with the exception of Major Midoriya and Captain Jackson (FMJ) who are able to handle the recoil without breaking their shoulders.
The FSF-12's length is a substantial 50 inches (127 cm) along with a width of 4 inches (10.16 cm) make it quite difficult for a petite user to handle as well as utilize in CQC, though it isn't much of a problem thanks to the size of it's intended user. In addition a M203 or M320 is equip-able for more explosive power. Barrel length of 42 inches (106.7 cm) makes the spread of pellets quite tight though this can be offset by firing multiple barrels at once. Numerous attachment rails are also available for customization. A height of 9 inches (22.86 cm) makes for a slender weapon as well, easing stowage of the hefty shotgun.
Note: Special care must be had when utilizing the FSF-12-100 as spent shotgun shells are ejected on both sides slightly downward. Multiple cases of shells going down shirts or smacking the user in the face after ricocheting off the chest have been recorded. An optional defector is equip-able but increases width to 6 inches (15.24 cm).
Testing records: Test #7
Head Engineer Simmons to General Aberniz:"After the prototyping done by the engineers, the seventh test of the production model has been done. The Major (Midoriya) himself wished to conduct the test of the semi-auto function. We gave him the model and after examining the weapon, seemed pleased. He immediately produced one of his own (later found to be a permanent construction) with his quirk. He then quickly summoned 200 rounds of 3-1/2 inch 12 gauge dragon's breath with heavy loads and hot charges. After loading both weapons he proceeded to duel wield the FSF-12-100's and mag dump both at the same time. The resulting sheet of flame was impressive to say the least. Both guns functioned perfectly with zero jams. Test #8 will be a 48,000 round torture test, once with Dragon's Breath, again with Slugs, another with Buckshot, ending with Birdshot. I hope you find these results satisfactory and conclusive, General Aberniz."
A/N: Dragon's Breath Shotgun rounds are what is being fired in the title image for reference.

Hey kiddos! Thanks for reading this far! If you liked these shorts, feel free to let me know! Likewise if you don't, please tell me why!
Also a big apology for taking a long while to get to not just this story, but my others as well. I've kind of been held up on my end for a while and didn't have much time.
