Sunset Cafe

Maddie and Tyler arrive at the cafe. A waitress greats them with a smile.
"Table for two" Tyler asks
"Sure, are they on their way" the waitress asks
"Yes" Tyler said to her she lead them to a table with two chairs and handed them two menus.
Tyler was confused on what the waitress meant, Maddie was right here.
"Can I start you off with something to drink" she asked
"Coffee with cream and sugar" Maddie said
"Black coffee for me" Tyler said
The waitress had left to get coffee

Maddie and Tyler looked over the menu
"I think I'm gonna get an omelet" Tyler said
"I was gonna get a belgian waffle, what omelet" Maddie asked
"I was gonna do meat lovers or a veggie one" Tyler said
"I'd do the meat lovers" Maddie said
"That's what I was thinking" Tyler said
"What do you think of the hotel" Maddie asked
"I like it, especially our bed" Tyler grinned
"If I remember correctly, we don't always use a bed" Maddie grinned back
"That is true" Tyler said "we should walk the beach"
"Yes, and I am glad we got out, apparently Emily going to try and get Mason back" Maddie said
"The poor guy probably will get back with her" Tyler said
"Yeah, at that point it's just his fault for giving in" Maddie said
"Yeah" Tyler shrugged "they're our friends so we'll support them"
"Yes" Maddie agreed "Tyler?.."
"Yeah" Tyler questioned

The restaurant suddenly got dark then light again
Maddie turned into her form
"Hello Tyler" She said
"Abby" Tyler said
"Where's Maddie" Tyler asked
"Oh Tyler, she's been gone for a while, I've gotten really good at pretending to be other people" Abby said with a smirk
"How long have you been pretending to be Maddie" Tyler asked still worried about where his girlfriend was and what happend to her.
"Well it's been a while since I kidnapped someone..." Abby said
"So you thought you should do it again" Tyler said cutting her off
"Well yeah" Abby said
"Oh" Tyler said he didn't know what to say and what he could even say to get Maddie back
"I kidnap Catherine once, y'all get her back and kidnapping doesn't mean shit to anyone anymore" Abby said rolling her eyes
"I guess it's just boring" Tyler lied
"What do you mean boring, I'd kill her but that's boring she dies and everyone cries, there's a funeral, same goes for Maddie" Abby said rolling her eyes
"Oh well don't kill her, please Abby" Tyler begged
"Hold your horses boy I'm not gonna kill her yet" Abby said
"Yet" Tyler asked
"Well, if I didn't go right out and say it you still would think I'm Maddie, that really says something about your relationship" Abby said
"We have a good healthy relationship and I bet I'd figure it out" Tyler said
"I doubt it it took you this long" Abby said
"How long" Tyler asked
"Well you see, a while back just before the New Years party I replaced her with me" Abby said feeling accomplished
"Wait- we had sex" Tyler gasped
"Well, it was Maddie's looks and body, but my mind" Abby said
"Did you loose your virginity to me" Tyler asked
"Made me realize I'm not into men" Abby replied not answering Tyler's question
"I'm the worst person ever" Tyler said he knew Maddie would be disappointed in him for not realizing it was not her
"Don't get yourself worked up no one else did, after I fix time and put things back to normal you'd be lucky if I didn't take your memories away" Abby said
"What are you talking about" Tyler asked all confused
"Well you see, I have gained more power since Sam decided to become nice so I have the powers to time travel, freeze time, wipe memories away and as you know change into different people" Abby said "there's always more, but I'll keep it to myself"
"Ok, but why are you telling me this, and couldn't you do that before" Tyler asked
"Yes and I need you" Abby said
"No you don't, you don't need anyone" Tyler said
"That's not all true" Abby said
"Why" Tyler asked
"Because I need someone to replace Sam" Abby said
"Um why me" Tyler asked immediately regretting asking
"Because you are useless to the friend group, join me and become part of the river or let's face it Maddie dies" Abby said She pulled up Maddie in this bubble type thing she was bruised and weak like she's been there forever
"Don't do it" Maddie said to Tyler
"I have too, I'm not gonna let you die" Tyler yelled back to her
"She won't kill me it's just an act" Maddie yelled
"Oh trust me I will in the next minute if Tyler doesn't agree" Abby said annoyed of this taking so long
"I love you" Tyler said
"Please don't-" Maddie said
"I have too" Tyler said facing Abby "I'll join you"
"Noooo" Maddie screamed
"Alright" Abby said as she laughed grabbing Tyler and leaving Maddie frozen sitting in a chair

"I have to get back to the hotel" Maddie said to herself when the world resumed.
"So you are real-" the waitress joked then saw Maddie's state "do you need help? Want me to call the police"
"No" Maddie said "I just need to get back to my hotel"
"Is your boyfriend not coming back" the waitress asked
"He's waiting for me in the car" Maddie said
"Oh, um, so you want to settle the bill" the waitress asked
"Um yes" Maddie said knowing the adrenaline crash would hit her soon
"Ok" the waitress smiled walking away and quickly returned
Maddie grabbed Tyler's jacket which had his wallet in the pocket, handing the waitress a few bills
"Keep the change" Maddie said getting up
"Thank you" the waitress smiled
Then Maddie left
Running, she never ran as fast as she did.
For Tyler.
Maddie was worried that if she stopped, she wouldn't get up again.
