Izuku's P.O.V

"Everyone get to the stadium." Aizawa said lazily. We are all currently headed to the stadium for some random announcement. Honestly I've been having a bit of trouble falling asleep since the former holders started "visiting" me, this making me very annoyed along with having to go to this assembly instead of sleep while Aizawa-sensei rests. Putting on my signature smile I just keep walking with the class.

"Hey Deku-kun, what do you think this is all about?" Uraraka-chan asks as we walk. "My guess? Probably something to entertain Principal Nezu. I don't know if you've noticed but it seems like they're bored and trying to get entertainment from the students." Iida-kun jogs slightly towards us. "I doubt Principal Nezu would do something so inhumane as to use his students as entertainment!" As we got to the stadium Nezu appeared and responded, "I would do that Iida! Besides I don't do anything humane after all I'm not human!" At least they admitted it.

Sitting down a bit aways from the rest of the students I wait for this big announcement from Nezu. Aizawa-sensei walked over to the mic and after taking his final step Nezu popped out of his scarf. "Hello everyone! You all must be wondering why I have asked you to be here today!" Smiling wickedly they continued, "I have decided to re-establish U.A.'s Civil War!" The second they finished their sentence the whole crowd dissolved into chaos.

After a moment the teachers tried to call everyone down. Sadly no one was loud enough and Present Mic was off on a mission for the week. Eventually I got annoyed and angered that not only were they so loud they were also ignoring all the teachers attempts. Of course Nezu wasn't helping but that didn't change anything. So hoping down to the microphone I grabbed it and said, "Shut it now and listen to our teachers and Principal. Your future heroes for Christ's sake." Bowing my head to Nezu I return the microphone to them. The students had finally calmed down. Probably mostly due to shock since I don't often get angry and am pretty well known for being happy most times.

"Thank you Midoriya, please take your seat. Now onto somethings you all will need to know. In the past we gave you predetermined teams and a week to win. Whoever had the most people out lost. We also provided you with only extra support items and enough food and water to last the week. Plus there was only a hero and villain team but this time is very different." This time both Nezu and Aizawa-sensei give shit eating grins.

"This time around we will also have vigilantes that can choose if they wish to help the heroes or villains as any vigilante now would do. We will only be choosing team leaders. These leaders are final but students have a day to be either recruited or choose their side. Leaders can recruit a support student to create anything they desire as long as no one dies. The only rules about the support students is that you can only recruit one or two depending on skill level and you have to create your own blueprints or they have to be a support item. We will also provide fake money that you can use to buy anything in the stores of the fake city, use this money wisely as we are not providing food this time around meaning this is also your only way to purchase food and once you've spent it you will have to get a job to earn money. Vigilantes and Villains will not be provided a base but will be given a few days before heroes enter to choose their bases. Finally we will not be providing a time limit. Your only objective is to take down the other teams. Once villains or heroes are defeated vigilantes can either choose to side with the winning team or fight them in hopes of winning. The rest of the rules will be in a book that the leaders will be given. Vigilantes will be given a book each since they aren't obligated to work together or even tell the others they are a vigilante."

Nezu makes a gesture that has Midnight come over to the microphone holding two envelopes. Opening one she looks up and says, "Hero Team Leader: Bakugou Katsuki! Good luck heroes!" Hiding a grimace she opens the other letter and again looks up, this time more enthusiastically. "Villain Team Leader: Midoriya Izuku!!! Good luck villains! The game had begun!"

This is going to be so much fun.

Goodbye dearies 💕
