Chapter 6: Friends

Joeys POV

The guys and i stood and waited for the bus to arrive, we were going home to me to watch movies and play games it was gonna be so much fun! im so happy i already found friends on the first day and im glad im not the only gay person here.

Nick: Hey Joey!

He shouted while waving his hands in front of me

Joey: What? oh sorry just daydreaming

Nick: Oh okay the bus is nearly here so just wanted to snap you out

I giggled

As the bus approved us, we got in and sat down there was only 3 stops from my house so we didnt have that big of a talk. We got out a little later and walked to my house there werent any home yet, we stepped in.

Joey: Welcome to Joeyanyas house!

They laughed clearly at my anya

Troye: omg i love that word anya! where is that from?

Joey: I made up my words when i was little and they are still around

Troye: im gonna use anya in every senctence now

Joey: Your welcome

They all followed me up to my room and layed there bags beside my door.

Joey: so what should we play or see?

Matthew: omg can we play truth or dare? i mean so we can get to know eachother well and stuff

Tyler: Yeah lets!

We all sat down in a circle in the middle of my room and had a bunch of questions on an app Matthew had

Matthew: Okay whos first?

Tyler: Im ready bitches

Matthew: Okay truth or dare Tyler?

Tyler: Truth

Matthew: Have you ever topped?

We all laughed except Tyler who just sat there with his mouth nearly on the floor and with big eyes gasping

Tyler: omg Matthew!

Matthew: what? its the app

Tyler: Yeah right.. But to answer your question yes!

Troye: you are great when you are on top baby

He laughed

Tyler: thanks boyfriend

He said mumbling but laughed at the end

Tyler: Truth or dare.. Joey!

Joey: Truth

Tyler: Why do you cut?

Joey: ehm.. wh..at?

i said with a skaking voice

Tyler: I have seen your cuts Joey.. we all have

Nick: You can talk to us about it if you want we are here for you

Joey: i.. i did it like 2 weeks ago but its because i was sad, lonely, depressed i just lost my boyfriend and he was the best for me until i realised how much of a monster he was. He cheated on me with another guy.. And i was just crushed and couldnt take it. He was the love of my life and he made me stop cutting in the first place when i got bullied for who i was. And after all that he did, i felt weak.

I started crying.. hard but i felt all of them getting around me and we had a group hug

Troye: Joey thats is so horrible, HE was horrible! but we are always here for you and i know its hard for you but please instead of making scars on your body, do something that makes you happy and see something beautiful.. My old friend used to cut too and everytime he felt like it he turned around and looked outside and thought of his family, friends and all that makes him happy. And to this day i know hes happier than ever, so please Joey we all care about you. We havent known eachother for a long time but hell it feels like it.

I was crying into my knees as they all hugged me.

Joey: Thanks guys you really mean alot to me and i will try my best to stop. I promise.

They all smiled and we quickly chnaged the subject.

Matthew: Should we play some games?

Joey: Hell yeah!

Nick: Lets play minecraft!!

Tyler: Yes!

We all sat down on our laptops they all had theirs with them in school.

(1 hour later)

Tyler: ugh! i died again!

Joey: me too ugh!

Just then Troye got a text

Troye: Oh guys! wanna go to a party tomorrow?

Joey: Whos it from?

Troye: Meghan! she says Shane invited her but the other bullys arent coming since its one of Shanes friends thats holding it but also because they couldnt make it

Tyler: Im in!

Matthew, Nick: Count us in!

Joey: i dont know guys, what if Shane do something?

Troye: We have once been at a party with Shane in and the others they dont say a word at partys i dont know why tho

Joey: okay.. i guess im in then

Troye: thats my boy!

Tyler: Hey!

Troye: you are my number 1 boy in the world tilly

Tyler: i love you

Troye: i love you too

They kissed. How i missed being loved and held at night when i was scared or sad and being kissed when i mostly needed it.. Just wish it could be with Shane.

Joey: You guys are so adorable!

Shanes POV.

I quickly texted Meghan about the party and to my suprise she said yes, she asked if she could invite the others and i thought why not? i actually kinda wanna become friends with them they seem so much nicer than mine! and Joey i could maybe have a chance with him! but im afraid of coming out to my bestfriend Sawyer and to the others we have been friends in like forever, and not to mention the whole school is afraid of us and that will change if i came out after all ive done, said, hurt it will all change.. I laid in my bed for 2 hours just thinking of all the things thats could happen to me when i suddenly got a text.

Did she just send a heart or did she send a fucking heart!! does she has a crush on me? oh well either way its good it would be alot eaiser to get Meghan then but i still got Lisa. I need to break up with her before and that day was tomorrow..

God i couldnt wait to see Joey again.

I hit over 500 reads! and that is just crazy for me i never expected this book to become huge like that it means alot to me and you guys mean alot to me aswell.
