KCWY Volume 1 (A Rwby FanFic)

Episode 24 Let's Talk.

As the sun happily gives it's presents to the kingdoms of Remnant, Jamie is looking at his reflection on his sword seeing the cut on his face as it slowly heals, suddenly his ears twitch by the sound of chatter coming from a couple of miles away, he reconsiders it very well, a smile falls on his face.

The front entrance of the camp steadily opens as Raven walks out along with Alexander.

"Glynda Goodwitch, I must ask why are you here along with several other huntman?" Raven question, already knowing the answer.

"Thanks to our sources, you have our missing student, I want to make you a deal, if you return him to us, we will do whatever you request" Goodwitch Stated "please Raven, that boy has suffered enough"

" I need time to thinks this over Glynda, ho-"

suddenly a bunch of Altas soldiers come out of the woods and start shooting up the place as Ironwood watches from his scroll, Raven's troops begin shooting back while everyone gets to cover.

"Listen up!!, Get back to the academy as soon you can and- YANG XAIO LONG AND KYLE GRAHAM GET BACK HERE!!" Goodwitch yelled as Kyle creates a wall of crystal, blocking any bullets from hitting them as he and Yang run into the camp.

They enter the camp and kept to the shadows as they sneak around to find where Jamie is hiding. Suddenly, a heavy iron door opens right into Kyle's face, knocking him over in the process. His aura flickers but doesn't break.

Jamie steps out and a smile performs on his face as he sees his teammates, he helps Kyle up but then is greeted by Yang hugging him.

"I am glad to see you guys again, I do apologies Kyle for the door thing, it was the only way in breaking it open" Jamie expresses, as Yang let's go.

"No worries boii, come on now we needs to get out of here before we get shot to death" Kyle mentioned as the sound of gunshots echo in the background

"Kyle right!, but before we go, what happened to your face, is this what they did to you!?!" Yang expresses noticing the cut and bruises around Jamie's face.

"I will explain later , but right now I want to get out of here alive and not in a body bag" Jamie replied as they begin running out of the camp.  Kyle creates another wall of crystal to block the shots as they run into the Forrest and straight towards Beacon.

They stop for a moment to catch their breath and break the device around Jamie's neck, Yang successfully breaks it by blasting one of her rounds into it making it crumble to the ground, Jamie's aura returns and begins to slowly heal him.

After a run for their lives they finally made it back to Beacon and there were packs of medical supplies  with  Jaune, ready to help heal Jamie's injuries.

Jaune in the background has finally unlocked his semblance. They take Jamie to the medical room and begin healing him.

This takes several hours but he is as good as new, apart from the cut that faded into a white scar across his face.

As Jamie slowly walks down the quiet and empty corridors, he makes back to his room to be greeted by a bunch of people, one by one they hugged him in his safe return, including Scarlet and Patrick.  

After everyone  left, it was finally time for Jamie to get he had been waiting to do for this past week; be with his teammates.

"I honestly blame myself for making you guys worried, but I am glad that I am back in the place that I call home" Jamie mention getting smiles from his teammates

"You shouldn't blame yourself, it was my fault, I should have went with you that night" Yang replied getting a shaking  head from Weiss

"Yang we talk about this, You ain't to blame, it was those Branwen Bandits Bastards flaunts, they kidnapped him in the first place" Weiss argued  back getting a shocked expression from Kyle.

"Woah Weiss, what with this language?!" Kyle question getting a rolling eye look from Weiss, a knock echoes as Yang gets up to answer it, it was Goodwitch she simply asks to speak to Jamie alone, Yang understood as she calls for Kyle and Weiss to leave, Goodwitch talked to Jamie about his time at the bandits , he explained everything to her.

In calculated Silence, as Midnight took over in Vale embrace, everyone could rest easily by the news of Jamie's safe return. Speaking of Jamie, he is on the roof looking at the twinkling lights that cover the night sky. He is about to have a visitor as Yang slowly walks towards him and sits aside of him.

"You never explained what happened to your face?" Yang mentioned getting a nervous chuckle from Jamie

"We'l-l-l, Raven did it as punishment, I had a battle with one of her troops, I chopped off her hands because that's how she activated her semblances, I honestly feel terrible about doing that" Jamie explains his feelings the guilt build up inside of him, Yang is completely speechless about it.

"I would never expect you to go that far hurting someone" Yang surprisedly replied getting a nod from Jamie.

"Me either, I guess it the animal part of me, Wolves are complex, highly intelligent creatures, we are known to care about things and hurt anyone who threatens them" Jamie commented , suddenly Yang feels nervous as she takes a deep breath.

"I'd think about you while you were kidnapped and I'd missed you, seeing you return back safely has made me the happiest person in the kingdom" Yang expressed blushing red, catching Jamie by surprise. He never thought that Yang would have this type of feelings for him, so he nervously placed his hand on top of hers and she returned holding onto it, as they edge closer towards each other and placed their forehead against each other.

Yang then put Jamie hand on the side of her face as they smile at each other but then it gets interrupted by Owen, buzzing in from behind making them break away from each other.

"I was interrupting something??" Owen questions  softly landing, noticing the reddish cheeks upon Jamie and Yang.

"No!, not at all, what's up? Yang panicky replied getting a look of  disbelief from Owen as he moves to  sits down next to Jamie, closing his wings in the process.

"Nothing much, I am bored so I decided to buzz around until I hear some talking noises coming from here, and so I decided to investigate" Owen explain getting a nod from Jamie.

"Fair enough" Jamie replied as he yawns, they chatted for a bit before Owen decided to fly away leaving a awkward Jamie and Yang to themselves.

"Going off what you said earlier, I did do the same, all I wanted was to be with the people that I care about" Jamie softly express, giving Yang small smile.

As the freshening rain covers Beacon in a wet blanket, KCWY are chilling in their room Having a good old time until something smashes through their window and quickly goes off, launching all of them to the wall,
Kyle struggles to looks outside, as he sees the destruction that been going on outside.

"This is bad!" Kyle pointed out with his eye wide open in shock as he turns around to see his teammates slowly getting up, their auras flicker but don't break.
