You shut the door and made your way out the building, you then caught yourself a taxi to head back to your place. Aki had offered on giving you a ride but you kindly refused since he had already done enough.
On the way back, you caught yourself deep in thought while you eyed at the moving view through the clear windows of the vehicle, the stranger that you had just met had taken over your mind as though you had a gut feeling that the both of you have made contact before. His aura reminded you of a certain 'someone' almost as if it were them,
'but no, it's impossible' you thought subconsciously.
You eventually arrived at your place and got out the taxi now heading to your apartment. You unlocked the door and immediately got in shutting the door closed behind you in a lazily manner. The atmosphere was oddly quiet, which was pretty unusual to you, or that's what you thought. Pretty much no sign of your friendo was shown which quite startled you, since she'd normally blast music 24/7 while shaking her ass. The neighbours would complain but you know, obviously home girl would fuck them off. "where is she anyways?", you quirked up a brow and started searching everywhere for her. You felt extremely terrible that you had left her alone at the club. You grabbed your phone from your pocket and started spamming her with a bunch of messages asking her if she was okay. No reply, you had now decided to give her a call hoping she would answer.
*ringtone*
Recognising the tone you thought, 'wait isn't that Himeno's ringtone?'. The sound echoed from the bathroom which you forgot existed. You sped your pace and flung the door open. The view in-front of you was somehow not what you had expected. In sight was a not-so-sober-like Himeno lying inside the bathtub. You could immediately tell that her psychotic self was asleep from the loud snores she gave out.
You laughed hideously at the hilarious image that you had witnessed, and returned back to the living room. You dragged your exhausted body onto the couch. The stings that you felt in your head were not pleasing you at all. A nap was what you needed right now. You moved your body into a comfortable position as your eyes eventually gave out and shut closed.
"yolo, you awake shawts?", Himeno asked sarcastically. You opened your eyes letting out a humongous yawn as you rubbed your weary eyes. "goddayum woman, that was some loud ass yawn", she chuckled hard.
"mind explaining why you were passed out inside the bathtub?",you asked as you raised a brow, jolting upwards. Himeno coughed at your question as she replied with a simple, "nothing". Grateful for your smartness, you knew the reason why.
Just as you were about to head to the kitchen, you felt something grip on you. "noooooow, won't you tell me the tea??", Himeno asked with curiosity. Having no idea about what she meant, you questioned, "what do you mean?". Himeno looked at you with a confused look, "uhm, aki?". You formed your mouth in an O. What felt like decades later your eyes widened in realisation, "h-how do you know him-?". Himeno replied, "we're really close friends actually". Having no clue about it, you nodded your head.
