“You are stupid” Eura stated as she crossed her arms. And yes Eujun untied her hands.
“I had no choice!” Eujun exclaimed as a visible frown forms on his face.
“Yes you did, who the fuck told you to be a hero in that situation at the age of fifteen.” Eura spoke calmly although it was laced with slight annoyance.
Not long ago Eujun finished explaining his sibling on why he went missing years back.
Eura listened attentively however she had a look of disbelief all along.
“I didn't know what came in to me! i just.. went with the flow...” The older Park trailed off.
Eura sighed deeply, her eyes were closed as a attempt to calm herself, “Because of your flow... do you know how devasted we were?! mom and dad did everything they could to find you! everyday mom stood infront of the entrance praying her beloved son would come back while dad was away finding you. No one in the house slept without crying themselves to sleep.” Eura snapped, her emotions poured out.
Never did she thought she would actually be able to say all that to her brother.
She continued, “Our mental health was fucked up, really bad. I had to seek therapy along with mom and dad.”
By now tears streamed down the younger Park's cheek, as the traumatic memories were reminiscenced once again.
The older Park didn't stray away. Tears welled up as his heart tightened, thinking back how horrible he is to let his family suffer this way, for years.
"..mom and dad are fine except the emotional wound still remains fresh, they only learnt to deal with it. Same with me" Eura sniffed quietly looking down at her lap.
“..I'm sorry, i wish i didn't make that decision that led me here” Eujun stuttered, he could not bring himself to even apologies properly. penitent, remorseful, dejection, is what he felt at this moment.
God how much he wish he could turn back time. His family wouldn't have endured so much. His once joyful family was now tainted with unbearable pain and sorrow.
Never once he didn't think about his family for the last ten years. His longing to leave everything behind and go back to the simple Park Residence ate him up every single day.
However the older Park sibling couldn't do so. His position in the gang restricted him doing so. The leader wouldn’t let him retire because of the contract Eujun signed in order to join Roulette's.
Cannot leave until death occurs.
Meaning one can never leave. That is the contract one has to agree to in order to join Roulette's.
