As the rain grew longer the time seemed longer. Why you were waiting outside is because a tree had fallen onto your car due to the ruthless rain. You were trying to get home but you couldn't walk there seeing as it would take you a good three to four hours by foot so you were going to call a taxi.

The problem there was because of how hard the rain was pouring. It also gave you some reception issues with calling a taxi or calling anyone with a phone so you just stood in the gas station you worked at to only look out the windows doing a bit cleaned here and there to kill time even though your shift was over "better get overtime for this *sigh*" You say as you continue to scrub the counters.

You hear a strange noise from outside which causes you to look out the glass walls to see what it was. You stare for a bit and into a dark path between two small buildings to only later see a light blue light being produced so you are curious and decide to go out and see what caused the light to emit.'

As you get closer you hear mumbling so you peer around the corner to see what it is who was mumbling to only see a girl looking around somewhere "where is it . . . damn it." She then glows a bright blue to only disappear as if she was vaporized leaving only light blue particles that behaved like ash. To only see the place you were in seemed as if everything was being revered seeing as gravity was quite off a piece of paper instead of falling down hovered straight up and over to some other random place and so did some other objects.

Suddenly a portal opened up in the middle of the place like it was a rift in time or space and the same girl walked through in a panic. You then slowly back away as silent as possible but trip over a can and fall back "SHIT" the girl heard this to quickly turn around and see you lying on the ground as the can you tripped over rolled to her foot. She gives you a blank stare before quickly attempting to bolt at you to which she falls over the same can you did not just thirty seconds ago

You then book it out of the place you were in to only seconds later have her reappear in front of you with a bat in hand. She takes a swing and you quickly duck and continue to run. This repeated several times till eventually you lost her somehow after progressively running around turns and bends in the pathways.

After that the rain finally cleared up slowly but surely and you called a taxi to pick you up and drop you off at your home. Once you do that you go to sleep but of course you did have some troubles trying to fall asleep because of the event that just happened so during the time you couldn't sleep you kept on thinking about what was going on or what had just happened.

The next day you wake up to hear your alarm clock going off to signal you off for work but you realize you don't have to work over the weekends so you check your phone to see it read friday. So you call your boss to which he picks up in a tired tone "What is it?" You respond by asking "Hey do I have to work today?" He then sighs "I don't see it being a weekend do I, no that's what I thought now please do go to work and don't interrupt my sleep for such a dumb qeustion." Your boss ends the call and you shrug "I guess I just lost track of time." Suddenly you hear a glass object hit the ground and then hear many tiny objects rolling on the ground like a tiny herd of mini elephants.

You then check out what it was to see your jar of marbles gone off of the shelf to only find it on the ground broken into many pieces. You go to get ready for work. You go back to the broken jar to clean up the mess. As you're standing in front of the pile you feel two hands on your back shove you forward you catch yourself however before you impact the shards of glass that were inches away from your face. You move back up and turn around quickly to see nothing.

You turn back around to pick up the glass while you are doing this you fail to see the few specks of bright blue like ash on the carpet which dissipate shortly. Once you're done with that you go to the door but in the process you step on the marbles on the way down stairs to which you catch yourself again before impacting the ground.
