Whenever we're low, we stop speaking. We often say 'I don't wanna speak to you right now'. When someone asks us what's wrong with us we simply reply 'I'm fine'. But you yourself know that you're not fine! So next time if you feel low and when someone enquires you about your health, please tell them the truth. Initially it might be a little awkward to open up all of a sudden but gradually you'll be comfortable.
If you're low, or if something is troubling you, please speak to someone. Speak to your parents, friends or maybe your loved ones and sort things out! Don't pile up your emotions within. If you're sad, cry your heart out...if you're angry, shout, scream...if you're happy, smile, laugh..... express your feelings!!
It's a humble request to each and every one please don't pile up emotions, it's dangerous. Just let your loved ones know what's troubling you.
Even if you're unable to do that, then start writing a diary. Write down whatever you feel. Writing a diary on a regular basis helps a lot.
Even if these doens't help please do not step back to consult a specialist. Don't try to ignore your mental health. It is really very important!
