Prologue (re-written)

Third person POV:

There was a town near a mountain, somewhere on the mountain laid a little house. And in that little house lived the Kamado Family. Tanjiro Kamado, was the man of the household, for Tanjuro Kamado (The Father) passed away due to an illness. Tanjiro was 16 years old at the time, delivering coal to earn money so that his family would have a good New Years Eve.

December 28th, 3 days before New Years Eve
(Or 4 days idk my mind isnt working rn)

'' TANJIRO ! ! '', cried both Hanako and Shigeru '' Oh come on kids, Tanjiro is already going down the mountain to sell charcoal, you two woke up too late! '' Kie said, standing behind the two children '' But moooommm! I wanna go with Tanjiro! '' Puffed Hanako '' So do I! '' cried Shigeru, '' Oh no no no, it'll be too cold and dangerous for you today, there's gonna be a blizzard today! '' Their mother replied '' But how are YOU so sure?? '' Complained Shigeru, crossing his arms and rolling his eyes in the proccess, '' I can tell by the weather right now! It's quite foggy due to the harsh amount of snow tramping down the mountain! '' Their mother said, smiling warmly after, '' UUGGHH, fine! '' replied Hanako '' Now come on you two, it's getting quite chilly outside, lets go back in. '' Kie said, patting both of their heads whilst slightly kneeling down. '' Ooookayyy.. '' Replied the two of them. As they all hustled inside, Tanjiro was half way down the mountain, but surely reaching the town.

Soon, he sold all of the charcoal before he knew it, buisness was bustling during the winter. Night fell as Tanjiro was about to go up the mountain, he bumped into a tall-ish figure who looked like he was about a little older than Tanjiro, he had wavy hair with plum red eyes, his iris was dark red, looking oddly like a cat's iris.

'' Euf! Ah-- sorry! '' Tanjiro exclaimed looking at the figure, '' Hmm, it's fine. I was just trying to find my way back home. '' The mysterious man said back. '' Are you finding yourself troubled looking for your way back home? '' Tanjiro replied '' Why yes I was actually. '' The mysterious man said, noticing his earrings.

He knew that this would be the perfect chance to take revenge on his family, now he just needed to find a way on HOW to take revenge, '' Well you can stay at my place for the night if you wouldn't mind! '' Tanjiro smiled soon after saying that, the Mystery Man's eyes widened, knewing that this would be the perfect chance to take revenge. '' I don't mind.. '' he replied, with a smirk on his face, '' Okay! Follow me! '' said the young Tanjiro.

They traveled up the mountain and reached the house with small children waiting at the door, '' TANJIRO!! YOU'RE HOME! '' Exclaimed the kids, as they ran into Tanjiro, hugging him. ''... Who's THAT? '' questioned one of the children. '' He is!-- Uuhh-- What's your name? '' Said Tanjiro, looking at the boy, '' Muzan '' he replied, '' Great! My name is Tanjiro! '' Tanjiro said, smiling warmly.

At this moment, Muzan felt something he never felt before, his whole life he was either treated coldly, ignored or neglected by everyone. (This is in my AU idk if its in the show tho, i have only watched the seasons available on netflix sadly :') )

After settling in for the night, a new morning had risen, Tanjiro went out to sell wood and more charcoal, Muzan stayed at their house until midnight, for the children somehow adored him.

During that night, Tanjiro got home late due to a situation that happened, A third from the way home, a faint smell was lingering in the air. Blood. There were no other houses on the mountain except his, so he ran up the mountain only to see that his family got murdered by a demon.

Nezuko was gasping for air whilst being choked by the demon. A random demon killed his family, he couldn't believe it. Walking steadily to his family covered in red, he fell to his knees only having one question.

Why?

Why did that demon have to do this.

The demon turned to Tanjiro and ran to him, dropping Nezuko in the process, The demon knocked him out with a single punch and brought him to... [REDACTED].

" Here's the man you were looking for, thank you! I owe you my life! LITERALLY " Said the demon, this was the first thing completed of [REDACTED]'s plans... his next step was to---

' CUT! '

Muzan: dafuk?

(hey, its me. the 2022 version. I'm gonna say this, I don't know what fucking crack I was on while making this shitty conversation. It's so.. cringe. I don't see how any of you guys would find this humorous in 2021.. if you did laugh at that then holy shit I did something to brainwash your guys' fucking minds. I would love to rewrite this part but there's alot of comments on it and I wouldn't want to spoil you guys'.. fun? Anyways I'm leaving again. peace)
