Tanjirou lifted himself off the ground and held onto Muzan's arms, there was no reason to knock her out during this process, she will forget it anyway.
Shinobu got picked up and placed on kokushibo's shoulders (Like this lol)

She was carried to a room, the directions to go there were confusing so she couldn't memorize the way to escape. Every turn looked like an identical place they were just at, it was very difficult to tell whether they were going left or right, sometimes they would even jump to the second floor, which seemed very high up (according to the creator). She was brought to a dim lit room, with only a few candled scattered around, which slightly lit the room, just barely, in the middle there was a comfy looking seat, a seat where it'd look like an emperor would sit. They placed her there and untied her legs, only then she realized the leather buckles attatched tightly onto the arm rests, they continued to untie her wrists, they revealed marks of the rope after, they were tied tightly on, Kokushibo strapped the brown, leather belts tightly onto her wrists and removed her muzzle, "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME!?" cried Shinobu, trying to leave the chair at that point, Kokushibo tied her ankles onto the legs of the chair, which also included those same brown, leather belts that were strapped on roughly to prevent her from escaping. "Open your mouth wide." Muzan said to Shinobu, walking over to her as he started cutting a small area of his arm, "WHAT NO!-" Shinobu said before being cut off, "Then I'll make you." Muzan said, digging his sharp nails into her jaw and opening it, her torso was covered in red as Shinobu passed out from the bleeding. Muzan poured the needed amount of blood to change her memories (Again blood has to be sacrificed to change memories, if he uses his blood inside the person's body, they dont get the strength up or whatever) Her wounds regenerated quickly do to his blood, she woke up and gasped, trying to cough out the blood. "Swallow it." Muzan said to shinobu while grabbing her wrists and digging his nails into it, of course the ultra-regeneration she gained from his blood healed it, she swallowed it in pain. It felt like a thousand bees stung you around your whole body, 10,000 even. She passed out to due to lack of oxygen because of the blood stinging so bad. Her body handled the rest and she was unconsious, her neck to waist was covered in red yet was uninjured. "That was an unhinging sight to see." Tanjirou came up from the shadows and handed Muzan a random hankerchief to wipe her blood off of his hands. And so he did, he wiped the blood off of his hands with the hankerchief gracefully yet stained the carefully made piece of cloth and threw it on the floor like it was nothing to him, cause it was.
He signaled his hand to something and the room changed, it was a room decorated carefully, there was a bed in the middle and beside the door was a bunch of shelves with decorated items in it, beside that, a bathroom was there, with an antique bath tub that would cost lots. Infront of the shelves was a queen-sized bed, the sheets were black with blood red edges, the railing was black marble and the pillows were winter white. The blanket there was mainly milky-white with the same blood red edges. There was a nightstand right beside the the bed and a old looking lantern on top and a dresser beside, with all the clothes that would fit her, she was measured after she passed out and placed on the bed with the blanket tucked over her, she was dressed in silk pajamas that were the same color scheme as the blanket.
(She was dressed by powers shhh also muzan changed her mind so that she used to be homeless and about to die, but Muzan and the other uppermoons helped her out, and gave her this home)
When she finally woke up, the last things she remembered was talking to Kokushibo before going to bed. She got onto the edge of the bed and got onto the ground and slipped her cozy shoes on, she went to take some towels laying ontop of the dresser and headed to the bathroom, she hanged the towels on the racks on the door, she opened the faucet and readied a warm bath, she took her pajamas off and put them in the laundry basket and got inside the bath tub (after that happened). She walked outside the room with her black clothes (the thing she wore under her butterfly jacket), she Muzan appeared right behind her, "Oh, Shinobu, you're awake." Muzan said, surprising Shinobu, she flinched and looked behind her shoulder, "EEEKK- Oh it's just you M!" Shinobu says to Muzan
(she calls him m so it doesnt reveal his name and doesnt die by saying muzan LOL)
"Yes, we relocated the dining room, so just follow me" Muzan said to Shinobu, he walked passed her and Shinobu followed him, as they arrived there, he opened the door to a astonishingly decorated room, filled with expensive dinery, like golden playes and utensils for display. Sitting on the dining table was Tanjirou (he can eat human food normally even tho hes a demon) and Kokushibo. Kokushibo drank a glass of water and placed it beside a empty plate with nothing but crumbs on it (he didnt eat any human food it was fake). He left the room, "Shinobu! Hi! I haven't seen you in awhile!" Tanjirou waved over to Shinobu, "You can sit here, beside me." Tanjirou patted down a seat to signal it, Shinobu and Muzan sat beside tanjirou (muzan is on the other seat beside him). The servants gave them breakfast and they ate it. (Muzan fake eated it somehow, DONT ASK LOL ITS JUST MY LOGIC 🤷♀️)
They all left the room discussing some important matters and Muzan left to do something, it was just Tanjirou and Shinobu now, they both decided to explore outside the infinity fortress and so they did.

Muzan wanted all the Upper and lowers moons to arrive to a meeting. The biwa struck and all the upper and lowermoons came bowing at Muzan, "I have a very important announcement to discuss." Muzan said to all of them, they were all silent, Kaigaku sighed, "What is it?" He asked.
