Today was the first task of the Triwizard tournament. Fleur Delacour was the one to be chosen from Beauxbaton's. Victor Krum from Durmstrang. And Cedric Diggory, a Hufflepuff from Hogwarts was chosen to compete in the tournament.

since the first task didn't start until later in the afternoon, we all had 3 lessons to attend. My first was potions, then charms and last D.A.D.A with the new teacher.

I walked into class with Theo holding hands. We finally stopped receiving looks from people as the whole school knew we were together. We were the power couple of Hogwarts.

The bell rang and in came the lady from the ministry, apparently from this year on she would be the defence against the dark arts teacher. She waved her wand which caused books to hand themselves out.

I realised that there was nothing about learning new spells or how to defend ourselves. I decided not to say anything and just wait to see how this lesson goes.

The last bell of the day rang. Everyone cleared out of the classroom and went to get ready for the first task. "Ill see you later princess." Theo kissed me goodbye before going to get himself ready for the tournament. I said goodbye and went to my dorm to get changed.

After a while I walked out to see Theo waiting in the common room just like we'd agreed on. He gently took my hand and guided me to where the first task was taking place. We found our friends and sat in the seats they had saved for us.

The first task was over. The contestants had to take a golden egg with a clue for their next task from a dragon.

Sorry it's so short, and kinda boring, I'm stuck on what to write at the moment. -K. S.
