Y/N's POV

I couldn't sit still the entire day. I may have gotten too excited to the point where I ended up jumping in the pool, fully clothed. But... I forgot that I couldn't swim, so I started drowning... so Steve literally had to carry me out. Half of everyone didn't even care but after Steve got me out, Pietro literally ran me to the lounge and Wanda managed to use her powers to somehow pull the water out of my lungs.

Natasha was the most scared out of everyone that was concerned. Something about me owing her a date. After that incident, Natasha wouldn't let me out of her sight. She literally sat me down next to her while she finished up some of her work.

By 6:00, Natasha went to get dressed, as did I. I wore a blue dress embedded with black crystals that went all the way down to my toes. I applied the tiniest bit of makeup and decided I was ready. Due to my horrible fashion sense and my terrible makeup applying skills, by the time I was ready, it was 7:55. I looked at myself in the mirror, took a deep breath and went on.

I went next door to Natasha's room and gently knocked. She opened the door, wearing a black dress that was similarly matching mine. I looked at her and said, "You look amazing." Natasha smiled and said, "You don't look so bad yourself." I jokingly said, "Of course I don't, I look flawless."

We arrived at the Italian restaurant and surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded. We went to the table that I booked for the two of us and I pulled out Natasha's chair for her. She smiled and said, "Thank you, m'lady."

Natasha ordered pasta and I got the same thing. The waiter dude kept looking at Natasha in a way which I wasn't too happy about. By the time we were done eating, people were slowly trickling in. After debating on who's paying, Natasha finally agreed to let me. The waiter guy gave Natasha his number and said, "Call me."

Natasha responded by pointing at me and saying, "Can't sorry. This is my girlfriend," which left both me and the waiter guy in shock. The waiter rolled his eyes and said, "Obviously not," which caused Natasha to kiss me on my cheek (I'm very disappointed that she didn't kiss-kiss me) then harshly slap the waiter across his face saying, "Homopho-bitch."

We both were sitting in comfortable silence inside of the car, when Natasha gently reached for my hand, holding it in her soft, yet strong, perfectly manicured hand and asked, "I enjoyed this, do you want to do it again?" I giggled and said, "You make it seem like we fucked." She responded with a smirk on her face, "You have such a dirty mind, how am I going to deal with you?" I smiled and said, "Hey! You have a dirty mind too, but either way, you're stuck with me now." "I mean, can I take you out later this week," she said as we arrived at the tower. I nodded my head as I opened the door to the car for Natasha. "Today's Monday, so this Friday, I'm taking you somewhere super special. Be ready by 8:30 pm," Natasha said as we walked into the tower.

I could say that went well. Moral of the story kids, if your sister gives you a corny song to sing, it just might work out for you.

A/N: the moral is the best part of the story. Ignore everything else lol jk
