Jack walked through the forrest near vale to clear his head, after weeks of random portals he just wanted a few hours to not think. He took his briefcase HMG and put on his hunters uniform. For the first hour he openly fought grimm until he came to a clearing and cautiously entered. What he found was a small very pale young girl with black hair covering her face sitting down and playing with several puppy sized grimm. The girl spotted him and smiled she started to float up, to jack's suprise, and approched him. Her hair moved aside and showed her smiling face and waved at him.
Jack: "Hello young one, what are you doing out here in a dangerous forrest?" She looked at him confused until he heard his stomach growl. "Tell you what, why don't I cook some stew for you to eat, how dose that sound?" She smiled widely and nodded very fast.
after a half hour the stew was made and they both sat down to eat, he insisted that he let it cool down for her to eat. When it was cool enough he grabbed his spoon and took a scoop out, only to find an eyeball in it. He jumped and almost threw his spoon into the fire next to him. He looked up to see the young girl holding a hand to her mouth and holding in a laugh. He pulled out the eye and turns out it was a rubber eyeball. He lauged with her and ruffeled her hair a bit.
Jack: "hehe, the cheek on you little one, whats your name?"
???: "ERMA! WHERE DID YOU GO SWEETIE? ITS TIME TO COME INSIDE HONEY, YOU HAVE HOMEWORK TO DO!" The girl named erma smiled and started pulling jack, whom was now holding both bowls of stew, and brought him to her home. He saw a tall woman with pale skin standing there with the same pale skin, white dress, and pure black hair standing there waiting for her. Meanwhile jack was wondering where the hell he was, there was never a whole town in the Emerald forrest!

???: " Oh, Erma, Did you find a new friend?" Erma eagerly nodded her head and the woman turned to jack. Jack was wearing his huntsman uniform, holding a briefcase in his mouth, and holding two bowls of stew one of witch still had a spoon, the other spoon was balancing on his foot. "I'm Emiko williams, who are you?" Jack looked around before gesturing to all the stuff he was carring. "Oh right" She walked up and took the bowls away from him.
Jack: "Thank you, my name is Jack Adel, Huntsman in training in Beacon academy to hunt down creatures of grimm that threaten humanity and Faunus kind." Emiko looked him up and down before nodding.
Emiko: "Come inside and leave your shoe's and suitcase at the door." She led him inside and he put his shoes by the sliding door. He was introduced to her husband sam, the 3 of them talked at the same time telling erma stories that he knew. They had invited him to stay for dinner and he agreed. They all ended up ordering pizza due to the unexpected guest they had. Jack said he had to leave, much to Erma's dismay, she held onto him and gave him puppy dog eyes as if to beg him to stay. But he had an Idea that might benifit her and her parents.
Jack: "Tell you what, why don't I give you my scroll number and if needed I can babysit erma if you two need a night off, or I can show her around beacon academy if she is intrested." Erma's eyes glowed in wonder and joy filled her, she flew up to him and hugged him tightly. Her hug ended up suprising him by how strong she really was. He ended up giving her a gift, A large dust crystal that glowed bright in the dark. "I warn you to be very careful with that, If you break it, lets say it goes 'boom'." Emiko took it from erma and placed it on a stand.
He waved goodbye to his new friend and walked back through the woods to go and find beacon.
