Lucius's POV o5:30 1 1/2 hours before the meeting
It's morning time after I went to bed with Ash last night, when I opened my eyes I noticed how beautiful she looked whenever she was asleep her calm expression and pressed lips together making it seem like she wants a kiss good morning. I just kiss her soft lips after she wakes up smiling. "Good morning handsome, ready for the meeting today?" I look at her and respond with a yes as she pins me down. "Oh? Making a move on me already huh?" "Why not, I don't see why I can't make a move on you when you're already mine." I chuckle at the expression she gives me. "You're always having fun teasing me so why don't we go eat some breakfast since we have to be there at 0700." She ponders and thinks for a second looking at me then responds. "Sure, I don't mind since I'm hungry." We both get up and get dressed ready for the meeting walking out of our room and heading towards the kitchen smelling sweet chocolate chip pancakes and sitting down next to uncle Luciano. "So are you two lovebirds ready for the meeting today?" "We are indeed ready for this uncle Luci you can count on us." The smile on his face always brought joy to Ash and I, knowing how much pain he had to bear over time, it's as if it was yesterday when he was holding us together for his wedding day and the day my parents and Ash's parents passed away. This time I know he will still be happy in the end because of how he has us now. "Please try to stay safe when you go okay, I want you both back here in one piece."
"Don't worry so much about us uncle Luci, what could go wrong?" That's exactly the response I didn't want to hear as our day was about to be the most intense one yet.

06:30 1/2 hour before the meeting
The time grew slower as the couple went in the Parco Del Valentino and the escort of 20 men standing guard at the entrances of the Castello del Valentino and within the halls carrying nothing more than a Glock 19, pistol ammo and a few 30 round cartridges for their SA80s that they were carrying fully armed to the teeth. "Sir, madam right this way, these special clients have been expecting you since this morning so they'll be drinking coffee most likely or water but anyways ah here we are, please notify us if you are in need of anything to drink." "Thank you and I didn't get your name." He turned around before opening the door. "My name." He paused for a moment. "My name is Giovanni but you can call me Gio for short, now may I." Lucius gestures to Giovanni to open the door and there standing in the room were 3 figures dressed in finely tailored suits 2 in black and on in black and blue. "So glad that you can join us Lucius." The individual turned around and smiled as Lucius looked bewildered. "Abraham what are you doing here? I thought you were in Scotland with your twin brother and your dad." "Change of plans and figured I'd surprise you, we negotiated a deal with Alphonse here on weapons, turns out he's the old friend das was talking about." "So that's why Luciano told us to come, figures." "If it weren't for the friendship their father had with me, you guys would've been at war with me long ago but I'm glad we don't have to do that so the deal has been made as our alliance will stay strong right Abraham." "Right as you are uncle Alphonse." "Good now we can have some of this good food brought to us by Giovanni."
07:00 the meeting begins
They all sit down to eat the food that was specifically prepared by the chefs there which was pure steak with a glass of water. Alphonse asks. "So how do we go about this alliance my friends?" Lucius clears his throat to speak. "We both know Alessandro has been at our throats these last few years, so we came up with a contingency plan." Spiked with curiosity Alphonse asks how gaining a response from Abraham. Glass shatters as a bullet goes through one of the guards neck in the room killing him instantly as the others get down with everyone else. "Why does this have to happen almost every time we get out of the house?" Gunshots were heard everywhere as the couple were surrounded in the Castello Del Valentino with Abraham Arthur and Alphonse.
"Lucius where do we go, we're trapped." "Trust me everything will be okay sweetheart." He cups Ashley's cheeks kissing her on the lips and on her forehead. "I'll find us a way out of here, Abraham we're gonna find a way out let's go." "I'm right behind you Lucius." They both look for a way out through the corridor seeing as it is clear. "Don't worry my friend I have your back." "I've got your six Abraham." They continue through the corridors seeing as the guards are dead picking up their SA80s and arming themselves spotting a group of mercenaries. "We've neutralized the threats, Vincenzo, Fradella, and Phoenix are still on the loose repeat they are still loose." They all snuck passed the mercenaries making it out in the open finding Lucius's 69 mustang boss getting in and starting up the car to drive away. "Come on get in let's go!" Arthur comes with Alphonse and Ashley to the mustang getting in with Abraham as Lucius shifts in gear driving away, gunfire is heard and bullets ricochet off Lucius's classic muscle car exiting the vicinity of the Castello Del Valentino getting away. "Fuck!, can you guys not get anything right." A wine bottle is thrown at the head mercenary. " I told you to kill everyone else and bring her to me alive or is that too much to ask of a fucking order from you pussies." The moment goes back to the Mustang heading towards the Terracciano villa and everyone except Lucius looking at Abraham who has a huge bloodstain in his shirt getting onto the passenger seat of the car. "What?" "Abe you were shot." "What do you mean I'm okay I'm fine really." Ashley and Arthur cover up his wound to keep him from bleeding out as he's lost a lot of blood. "It must've been that hit I took back there." "Judging from how big that wound is, it was a 50 cal im just surprised the adrenaline kept you alive."  "Not now Al, Hang in there buddy we're almost to the entrance at the villa." Lucius speeds through town and makes it at the villa tires screeching in the driveway parking and carrying Abraham into the villa in a hurry to see if he's okay laying him on the couch. "Tell me Luci how bad is it?" "You'll be alright, I promise." Abraham places his hand on Lucius's shoulder. "Please cut the bullshit and don't lie to me man I need to know." His weak smile showing as his breathing becomes more painful and short. Ashley Alphonse and Arthur watching them both. "It's pretty bad Abe, and we're not sure you're gonna make it." "Well here's one thing I need you guys to know, I love you all so much and I appreciate you all being there for me especially you uncle Al, you were the best, tell dad that I love him and that that I didn't run away from danger this time okay, Lucius, you and Ashley were meant for each other don't let Alessandro get to her at all costs even if it means moving to a different country promise me that and I know you guys will be safe." "I promise brother, I'll keep her safe as long as I can okay please don't go." "It's okay Lucius, soon you will be the next head of the family business okay just remember no matter what happens I love you guys like family." Abraham smiled one last time before his body became limp and his pupils dilating his head laying back on the cushion and his hand slipping off of Lucius's shoulder. "H he's." Lucius, Ashley, Arthur, and Alphonse had tears in their eyes Arthur finishing what Lucius said. "H he's gone he's really gone." Everyone hugged Arthur knowing the pain he's going through. Luciano watches from the distance not interrupting what just happened, staying in his office and looking through most of his plans. "A storm is coming and it's not going to be an easy one to ride, the war between Alessandro and our family has just begun."
