You stared at the trees and watched as the wind blew them back and fourth. A bird that was flying down in your direction caught your eye, once it got closer, you saw it had a note attached to it. The bird landed on your forearm, you took the note and unfolded it.

My dear [Y/N],
I'm sorry I haven't come home yet,
meet me at the cliff where the sakura trees are,           I have something for you.
I hope you've been eating well by the way.
  I love you ♡︎
   Yours forever, Obito

You inwardly smiled at the written words. The cliff Obito was talking about in the letter was not far from where you both live.

Arriving near the spot, you noticed pink Tsubaki flowers arranged individually in a line, which you followed. This must be Obito's doing, you cocked an eyebrow at the thought. Following it further, you saw Obito standing near the edge of the cliff, overlooking the horizon of a small village.

Your footsteps and presence gained his attention, he looked over his shoulder, you could make out a smile across his lips.

"What's all this about?" You asked and walked next to him, leaning into him for warmth as the wind blew, the sakura petals falling off the trees.

"You'll find out soon." He wraps an arm around you, letting you rest your head on his collar bone.

"It's pretty, isn't it?" Obito admitted, motioning that he was talking about the village below, which had lights that illumined the whole place.

You nodded in agreement, he spares you a glance. "Could you hold my hand?"

Taking note of his extended hand, you grabbed onto it, he uses his free arm to pull your waist closer to him. Within the blink of an eye, you had both teleported at the entrance of the village, the sounds of people chatting and upbeat music playing could only be heard as a festival had commenced.

"Come on, let's have some fun." Obito still had a grip on your hand while he led you around the place, taking you to different stalls. It was quite sudden, he didn't speak as to why he decided to go to a festival with you. But you went along with it anyway

Despite having a great time with Obito, the question regarding why he was doing this still lingered, he had now taken you back to the cliff.

"What did you think of it?" Obito asked, a bright smile on his face while he held a trinket he had previously won at a stall.

"It was very fun," You laughed at his childish antics. "But... what was this all for?"

Your serious demeanour changed his expression, he angled himself towards the opposite direction from you.

"How long have we known each other? 5 years?" You nodded at his sudden question, you were more interested in knowing what this was all about.

"Mm... You know, I have enjoyed every day with you." Obito said, the wind blowing his dark brown hair.

"I love you." Obito stated, the clouds that were previously blocking the moonlight shifted out of the way, now shining onto his content face. Obito looked back at you, knowing you awaited more answers.

He faced you again, kneeling down and quickly summoning a small [F/C] velvet box. It revealed a shiny diamond ring, your heart almost skipped a beat.

"Will you marry me and spend the rest of our lives together?"

You didn't even have to think twice before you squealed and said yes, he slid the ring onto your finger and invited you into his arms, embracing you. Obito took the chance and kissed you on the lips, you relaxed into it. "I love you too." You said happily, the smile on your lips never left, he rested his forehead against yours.

Obito pulled away, he performed Fire Style and created flames in the air, making it shape into a heart. You blushed and lightly laughed at the action, leaning into his warmth again, eyes fixated on the diamond ring he just slid onto your finger. It was perfect. Your lives were now complete
