Ch 3: The Wedding

Kiyoomi was in his room while his father was in his study room and his mother was there serving tea to her husband as a sign, that it's time take a break.

While Mr. Sakusa was taking a break, Kiyoomi had just received the news that he was going to be married with some stranger and it enraged him. He didn't want to be married with anyone at the moment, besides he was only 23, he definitely didn't want to marry at that age, that also with some stranger.

Since his childhood Kiyoomi always imagined his marriage with someone he actually likes and that also at the age of 25 in the least.

So the moment he received the news, he straight went to his father's study room to ask him what was going on.

'FATHER!!' That was the first thing they heard when Kiyoomi entered the room.

Kiyoomi's father that is Sakusa Sena also known as the 'Clan leader' or 'Sect leader' was not really surprised by this since, he saw it coming from miles away.
His mother Sakusa Sayori was also not really surprised by this. Both of them knew that it was because of the surprise marriage, that their son was enraged.

Actually the marriage was a surprise to them too. They didn't plan on it, they wanted Kiyoomi to live his life to his fullest and find love on his own. So when they heard that they had to marry Kiyoomi to someone, they became extremely upset about it but since they already had made the promise, they couldn't go back on their words. And besides, when they saw who their son will marry they were actually quite relieved that the other person had no feelings for their son.

The reason was because they knew that Kiyoomi will ignore them like they never existed and it will deeply hurt the other party. So they were relieved yet upset about the whole ordeal.

In the end they couldn't do anything but let the marriage happen. Besides it had benefits for both of them. The other person was skilled in martial arts and his magic was also really strong, so he would definitely be able to protect their son and it would grant the other persons wish too.

So now here is Kiyoomi demanding for an answer from his parents about the whole thing.

"Son please Calm down. You know you're still not the leader yet so, you can't shout at your father like that."  Said Sayori calmly.

"WHY DID YOU ARRANGE A MARRIAGE FOR ME!?" Kiyoomi said while shouting.

"Remember I'm still the clan leader and your father, lower your voice." Sena said in a strict tone.

"But- I just don't understand! You said that I can marry whoever I like! So why did you arrange a marriage for me? You know I don't like to nor want to marry strangers!" Kiyoomi said his tone becoming upset with each sentence.

Sena sighed deeply before replying to his sons question.

"Look Kiyoomi, I and your mother both of us didn't want this to happen. But we made a promise to them and we can't
break it. So please for our sake for the Sakusa family's sake accept it." Sena said while doing knowtow.
