Chapter 3: FNaF but with, Submechanophobia?

A/N submechanophobia is the fear of man made objects in water. Ex animatronics, statues, and the things on the bottom of boats that move them

Maribel POV:
It was the morning after the fire and my throat was doing much better. My paw pads still had black marks from the fire. I tied my bandana around my neck and looked at the sleepy bird. He a few black blotches on his leg that got stuck under the burning tree.

I got up and washed some of the ash off me. As I was doing so, Spot woke up with a yawn and a stretch. He gave me a groggy "Morning" and drank some water. "Morning Spot." I replied. "You doing better?" Asked Spot. "My throat still hurts a little but otherwise all good." I said.

We sat in silence for a few minutes before Spot broke the silence. "You did a brave thing there ice wolf." "What do you mean?" I asked. "You risked your life to save Green feather." Replied the snow dog. "In my opinion, you gotta help whoever you can, but also be careful on who you trust." I replied.

"Wise man words." Chuckled Spot. "Why do y'all wake up so early?" Questioned the sleepy kitty Jemma. "I dunno, we just do." I replied sarcastically. She rolled her eyes and sat next to us.

Once everyone was up, we ate, I explained everything to my feathered friend, we went through another portal. We ended up on a platform with murky water and a small boat. Some areas were bubbling oddly. The small boat looked like something out of a carnival.

"What the..." Grumbled Felix. "Looks like a boat ride." I said. Jemma carefully got into the boat. "C'mon, let's see if thing works." Said Jemma excitedly. Spot and Green feather hopped after Jemma. Me and Felix shared a look of concern but decided to go with them.

Felix started up the engine of the small boat. It was slow and as we passed the first bubbles a large animatronic snake poked it's head up and bearing it's fangs. It looked old and rusted, like it's been there for years. It went back into the water and Spot looked absolutely terrified.

"Spot, are you okay?" Asked Green feather. Spot didn't respond, he just hid in his wings. We saw some more animatronic's of different marine life. Eventually we got to an open area of water. I looked around trying to find something.

The ground started shaking as we were tossed out of the boat. A large serphant poked it's head out of the water. Spot was nowhere to be found, Green feather was in the water with me, Jero and Felix were flying in the air.

"Who dare has the nerve to come to my lair?" Boomed the serphant. "I HAVE NO CLUE!" I yelled so he could hear me. He approached me so his face was about a foot infront of me. He looked like an old serphant animatronic from an old submarine ride.

The serphant raised it's head and loudly boomed "These young children shall not be hurt. Leave them be." The serphant carefully used his tail to get me and Green feather out of the water. He let us down on a platform as Jemma and Felix landed next to us.

"Excuse me, have you seen a white snow dog with black spots and wings around anywhere?" Asked Felix. The serphant nodded and stuck his snoot into a building. He carefully grabbed Spot and put him next to us. That's when I noticed something.

On the side of the animatronic it said 'Property of Charlie's Wonderland'. "You good Spot?" I asked the shaking snow dog. "Y-yeah I'm f-fine." Replied Spot. "You five should probably get out of here. It's dangerous." Said the serphant. We bid our goodbyes and went through a portal.

We ended up in front of an arch that said 'Charlie's wonderland! A place of magic and fun!' "Hm. We should explore." Said Jemma. "As long as we're sticking together." I said. "Alright fine." Said Jemma a bit annoyed.

We stepped through the arch and explored, looking through the old windows, trying not to step on broken glass and looking at the small plushes. There was a Calico kitty, a German Shephard and a dragon.
