~Y/N POV~
I walked through the portal and I saw a girl with her hair tied into messy blonde buns.
"Who are you?" She asked me, looking slightly scared.
"I could ask you the same question." I said, eyeing her up and down.
"Look before you arrest us, I didn't want any part of this. They killed my sister and my whole family and I...I saved myself by joining them. It doesn't make me happy though! Please just kill me if you're going to but don't hurt my daughter." The woman said, a tear sliding down her cheek.
"Hey, I'm not going to kill you or arrest you, I just...you don't like being a villain?" I asked her. She immediately shook her head no.
"I've tried running, I've tried everything. There's no escape." She said, her head hanging low. I had an idea.
"Have you tried, pretending your dead?" I asked her, curiosity in my voice. She looked up at me, a questioning look on her face.
"No...I haven't. Would that work?" She asked. I nodded.
"Probably, as long as you didn't go outside. If your serious, I could take you and your daughter to a safe place where they wouldn't find you." I offered. She looked at me skeptically.
"What's in it for you?" She wondered, taking a step closer. I shrugged.
"Information?" I asked. She nodded.
"Done. Let me get my stuff, you can tie those two up in that room over there." She said, pointing to a door. I followed where she pointed and saw a room that looked more like a prison cell. I chained them to the wall and went back out into the main room. I saw the girl with a small suitcase and a little girl hugging her leg.
"Toga, what are you doing? What about boss?" The man of purple-black mist asked her.
"I'm leaving Kurogiri. Please, don't tell them that I left. When they wake up, tell them that...that this girl killed me." She said with her head down.
"Farewell then Toga. I wish you happiness and all that. I'll tell them what you asked me to. Goodbye." Kurogiri said. Toga nodded.
"Goodbye Kurogiri." Toga said, and then we left. We went back to my house.
"Mommy? Where are we going?" The little girl asked.
"We're going to this nice lady's house. She's gonna give us a place to live." Toga said to the little girl. We arrived at my front door and I brought her inside. Everyone turned to look at us.
"Isn't that Toga from the League of Villains?!"
"What is she doing here?!"
"Y/N you brought her here?!"
"What were you thinking?!"
"I knew you were dumb but I didn't think you were this dumb."
That last one was definitely Bakugo.
"Guys! She doesn't want to be a villain. Shigaraki killed her family and forced her to join them." They looked at me skeptically.
"Toshi, have my instincts ever failed you?" I asked, turning towards him. Everyone turned towards him, awaiting his answer. He shook his head.
"Whether you guys like it or not I trust her. If this is a mistake then you can all say that you told me so, but I don't think she's lying." I said, grabbing Toga by the wrist. I took her and her daughter downstairs and turned the lights on. I went over to the back corner and pressed my hand against the wall. A camera came out and scanned my face.
"Scan complete, access granted." The robotic voice announced. The wall split in two, revealing a pathway to a secret room. I motioned for Toga to follow me, and she did. It was more like a secret apartment, but who cares. There was a mini kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a home office. I don't know how much of the house she would use, but I figured I would keep the fridge fully stocked for her and her daughter.
"Mommy are we gonna live here?" Her daughter asked with big eyes. Toga nodded.
"Usually I do the grocery shopping around here so I'll come down and check if you need anything. You can get out with that little button and I'll set up the facial scanner for your face too, is that okay?" I asked. She nodded.
"You're so kind, but to a villain...why?" She asked, taking a step closer.
"Well you said you didn't want to be around Shigaraki anymore since he killed your family, right? I trust you." She nodded her head.
"I used to live on this island, with my parents and my little sister. I was around seventeen when Shigaraki came there with Dabi, and attacked everyone. My father thought my little sister would grow up and be a hero, a savior to the world, so he transferred people's quirks into her. She was supposed to get access to them on her tenth birthday, but Shigaraki said he killed everyone." Wait. She lived on an island, with a little sister who's father stored quirks within. That sounds like me...
"Do you...do you remember what your sisters name was?" I asked, swallowing the lump in my throat.
"Her name was Y/N."
