~BAKUGO'S POV~

I'm not gonna lie, dumb hair is a good friend. Maybe coming here wasn't such a bad idea after all.

"So Bakubro, is there anything else you wanted to talk about?" Kirishima asked. I nodded. I took a deep breath, unprepared to be vulnerable.

"I think I like her, but I don't want to like her, but I do at the same time. I just want to be around her. I know I shouldn't care if she hates me or not, because I don't generally care what people think of me anyway, but I want her to like me. I feel like I messed it up though. What if she hated the kiss? Oh God...what if it was awful and she never talks to me again?" They both looked at me with wide eyes. I don't blame them, I've never been this vulnerable before, especially not in front of them.

"Bakubro, I don't think she would ever hate you. Based off how nice she was to you, and all the things you told us she said, I think she likes you too." Kirishima said, sliding down next to me on the floor.

"But...what do you really like about her?" Kaminari asked.

"Well...there's so many things. She's so strong, and her eyes are some of the prettiest I think I've ever seen. She's so nice and sweet, and she doesn't think the same way about me as most other people do. She's really smart to. She's smarter than she lets on. And she's so good at basically everything she does. It's ridiculous. Plus...I like that she doesn't let anyone push her around." It feels good to get all of that off my chest.

"I just don't think she likes me the way I like her." I sigh.

"But you'll never know unless you try bro!" Kaminari chimes in. I smile ever so slightly.

"Alright. We should go so you can call her back. Let's go Dunce Face." I say grabbing his arm and dragging him to the door. Before leaving I turned to look at Kirishima.

"Hey Kirishima...thank you." I said before closing the door.

~KIRISHIMA POV~

He said thank you. He's really changed. Well, I should call Y/N back now. The phone rings a few times before she answers.

"Hey Kiri, what's up?" She asked.

"Well Bakugo and Kaminari just left, so I figured I'd call you back." I responded, flopping back onto the couch.

"You're sure they're not around, like at all?" She asked, sounding rather cautious. I laughed slightly.

"They're gone. Promise." I said. She sighed.

"Okay. If you say so. I wanted to talk to you though. About...Bakugo. I assume he told you what he did." She said, although it was more of a question.

"He told me that he kissed you. He told me a lot of other stuff but I think he wants to keep it disclosed for now." I admit.

"Yeah, he did kiss me." She said rather nervously. I quirked a brow even though she couldn't see it.

"Go on." I encouraged her.

"Well...I don't know why he even kissed me. I was just talking to him and then he started looking at me weird and then it happened before I even processed it. Then he just left." She said.

"So...did you like it?" I asked her, a smirk appearing on my face when she struggled for words.

"Well, uh...um...I didn't...hate it." Y/N finally managed to say. My eyes widened just a little.

"You didn't?" I asked.

"No. It was short, but it was...really sweet. He's a lot more sensitive than he lets on, I can tell." She said. She was right too, but I wasn't gonna tell her that.

"Do you think you like him?" I asked, waiting for her answer.

"I love that I can talk about this kind of stuff with you Kiri." Y/N was obviously trying to avoid the question.

"Yeah, but do you like him?" I asked again. I was grinning from ear to ear at this point. I heard her let out a deep sigh.

"I think I do Kiri...and that scares me. I feel like if I tell him that I like him, he'll push me away and hate me forever." She said, a sad tone invading her voice. I couldn't stand hearing her sad, but I couldn't tell her what Bakugo said. That was up to him.

"Listen Y/N, if Bakugo cares about you enough to kiss you, then he probably won't push you away. He used to hate me, but I kept trying and eventually he didn't ask me to leave him alone anymore. He's my best friend now, and sure he's a little rough around the edges, but it's like you said. He's more sensitive than he lets on. He cares about you, I know he does." I told her.

"See Kiri, this is why I confide in you. You always know just what to say to make me feel better. You think he cares about me for real Kiri?" She asked hesitantly. I nodded and then forgot that she couldn't see me.

"Yes I do Y/N. You just need to talk to him." I encouraged her.

"Okay, I'll talk to him tomorrow. It's getting kinda late. I'll talk to you later Kiri, okay?" She said, trying and failing to stifle a yawn. I laughed at that.

"Yeah I'll see you tomorrow. Bye Y/N." I said before hanging up. I think that it'll work out between them, the same way it worked out between me and Kaminari. I fall asleep with a smile on my face, ready for tomorrow.

~Time Skip To The Next Morning~

~BAKUGO'S POV~

My alarm starts going off and just as I was about to shut it off, I hear a knock on my door. Not the front door, my bedroom door. It's probably just my hag of a mother, but she doesn't knock. I turn off my alarm and get up to open the door. Just as I opened the door, I see Y/N standing there. Why is she in my house? I thought, slightly panicking.

"Did my old hag let you in here?" I asked, feigning confidence. She laughed-no she giggled. God it was one of the cutest sounds I've ever heard.

"You mean your mom? Yeah she did. When I got here you were still sleeping, so I decided to make breakfast." Y/N made me breakfast? Am I still dreaming?

"Yeah I'll be down in a minute. Let me just get changed really quick." I said before closing my door. I changed my clothes and headed downstairs to see my Y/N and my parents eating breakfast.

"Oh hey Katsuki! Your friend made breakfast for all of us!" My old hag said. I sat at the table next to Y/N.

"Your mom said you liked spicy food...so I made omelets with hashbrowns that have red peppers and that kind of stuff in them. It might not be the best because I've never made them before...but..." She trailed off. I tried a bite and oh my Asahi were they delicious.

"They're perfect." I said, stuffing another bite into my mouth. Then a thought occurred to me.

"Why exactly are you here though?" I asked her. She looked up at me with a small smile.

"I wanted to talk to you about something Bakugo."
