This Sacred Gear manifests itself as a pair of gloves, but also contains the soul of the infamous Jack the Ripper, serial killer in the Victoria Era and one of the Big Ten, the ten fighters who won against the gods in Ragnarok.
This Gear is a part of the 'Soul Modification' category - as the other nine - and as such Jack's soul since the the awakening has been constantly in the process of merging with the boys'.
This has caused some particular...circumstances, such as him killing his parents when Jack first manifested, and some extrovert characteristics who haved caused him to be treated as a weirdo.
The Gear comes with the Volund Jack used to defeat Heracles, and it's reasonable to think that the other eight could be in the same situation.
The Gear possess the complete arsenal of abilities Jack displayed in the fourth round of Ragnarok:
- Gloves of Divinity: manifestation of the Gear and Jack's Volund. This gloves make everything they touch a weapon capable of injuring Gods and other supernatural creatures
- Rondo of Blessing: Swinging the cloak he always wears alongside Kuoh Academy's blazer, he can cut through anything like butter.
- Dear God: last stand technique in which he stabs a hole in his opponent's torso using his hands coated in blood.
- Knife throwing proficiency
- Stealth Master
- Eye of emotions: His right eye changed color when Jack first manifested himself. He can see other people's emotions as colors - but is unable to see his own soul.
Likes: tea (better if it's Darjeeling, which he defines as 'an aphrodisiac for the soul'), reading - especially Shakespeare's sonnets - , Irina and Xenovia (he knows them and is in good relationship with them. He met Xenovia at the orphanage they stayed at and he and Irina met each other before she left for England, when her family and the Hyoudou were neighbors), Sona and her peerage, Kiba, Micheal, Serafall
Dislikes: Rias (doesn't like her color), Akeno, Koneko (at first: views his past self in her), ungentlemanly behiavior, wasting time unproductively, boasting and arrogant people
