UA, the next morning, 8.25 and 59 seconds
Shit shit shit shit-
- Todoroki-kun, HURRY UP!!!
Shōto reluctantly unstuck his eyes from the pastry shop they had just run past at top speed, wondering just how on Earth he had found himself in this kind of situation.
As in, how they had found themselves sprinting up fifteen miles.
In fifteen minutes.
On an empty.
Stomach.
Izuku was sincerely sorry about that, he really was — his own stomach hadn't stopped growling as well — but in his defense it wasn't his fault!
(...Well, at least not entirely.)
For starters, Shōto definitely should not have told him that his father's bedroom was literally behind the wall.
The green-haired teen had been absolutely unable to find sleep in the fear of Endeavor and All Might going at it again.
(And neither had he dared set foot out of Shōto's room to go to the bathroom or have a drink, of course!)
But what turned out to be even more problematic was that when Izuku didn't sleep... he thought.
And while he had been trying his hardest not to think of what might have happened between him and Shōto if the two top heroes hadn't been there... the sensation of the older teen's bare chest against his back had had the complete OPPOSITE effect.
As in, a painful boner that he had had much, MUCH trouble getting rid of. (Seriously, it was almost a miracle Shōto could sleep at all...!)
Anyway, such an awkward night had prompted Izuku to suggest they sneaked out and took a run to the UA to gather their senses — because right now he could most certainly NOT face his mentor in the eyes.
...And now he understood why his boyfriend had stared at him like he was plain crazy.
(The Todoroki Residence may or may not have been, uh... halfway across town).
- T-Todoroki-kun, I promise I'll make it up to you, though! Izuku panted as they sprinted across the main avenue. I'll pay...! For anything you want...! From the vending machine, okay!
The fire and ice wielder shot him a tired glance and nodded.
Despite what the green-haired teen may be thinking... he had not slept either.
The futon wasn't so wide with two people on it; so let's just say it had been kinda difficult to ignore Izuku when he was pressing down on his crotch with both hands, face sunk deep into the pillow.
(Shōto had cursed his father an awful lot that night.
...And All Might, too, since he was, uh. Kinda involved.
Anyway.)
Despite Endeavor's status gradually upgrading from "Insensitive Bastard I Don't Want Anything To Have To Do With" to "On Probation", that sure had not helped his case.
The two heroes in training dashed into the UA's main building.
- AaaaaAAAAHHHHhhh Aizawa-sensei, please wait for us!!!
Izuku and Shōto hopefully managed to slide into the classroom just in the nick of time, before Eraser Head closed the door. And locked it.
They dropped on their respective seats with a massive sigh of relief, under their teacher's signature weary scowl.
The brunette sighed as well, as if he were carrying the weight of the whole WORLD on his shoulders (which was actually close when you were homeroom teacher to Class 1-A.)
- ...So. Looks like your parents were satisfied with the learning environment and the contents of the Heroics Course. As far as I know, none of you has been transferred to a general high school yet so I guess that's good news, he stated matter-of-factly — with as little enthusiasm as if it weren't a good thing (which, honestly, was very confusing). The only thing I regret is allowing you to sleep out of the dorms, though... visibly some of you still haven't understood what being "on time" means.
