Quirk Description: Cecilia can turn her limbs into octopus tentacles that are almost as hard as steel and strong enough to lift anything 10 times their weight. They give her high mobility in water and can store ink potent enough to stun her enemies.
Quirk Drawbacks: If Cecilia stretches her tentacles beyond the limited distance of 10 feet, there is a chance that the tentacles might strain themselves and a slight chance that they will break off. Not only does her ink stun her opponents, but it can also even stun herself if she's not careful. Additionally, her octopus form makes her whole body feel heavier than her normal form.

Ink Spray - Cecilia fires streams of her stunning ink from her tentacles. She can shoot them from a distance of 8 feet.
Constrict - Cecilia uses her tentacles to ensnare her enemies and prevents them from escaping.
Inkjet - Cecilia uses the ink stored in her tentacles to propel herself up or laterally at high speeds.
Octorpedo - An alternative to Inkjet that only works in water. Cecilia uses her tentacles to accumulate enough water and forcibly release it out like afterburners to make her swim at near-bullet speed.
