Personality: Rino comes across as an aloof adolescent girl who cares little about anyone else since she is more concerned with herself. When Jinta told her that Meiko had returned, Rino dismissed it as a result of his denial that Meiko had died. However, as the series progresses, Rino gradually opens up to her childhood friends, explaining that her coldness stems from her failure to rescue Meiko on time and never having the opportunity to say goodbye to her.

Relatives: Enomoto Shinichi (father), Enomoto Haruna (mother), Enomoto Tōya (younger brother)

Friends: Yadomi Jinta "Jintan", Honma Meiko "Menma", Hisakawa Tetsudo "Poppo", Anjō Naruko "Anaru", Tsurumi Chiriko "Tsuruko", Matsuyuki Atsumu "Yukiatsu"

Backstory: Rino met the Super Peace Busters club when she transferred to their elementary school (they were all in first grade). Meiko was the one who introduced her to the others and gave her the nickname "Enorin." Rino spent the rest of her primary school years with her fellow Super Peace Busters club members, until one day, Meiko fell into the river. Rino attempted to rescue her, but she was too late; Meiko had stopped breathing by the time she was brought back to dry land. Rino regretted not saving her first friend and left town with her family a few days later to forget the awful incident.

CV: Itō Kanae (Japanese), Cristina Vee (English)

Etymology:

- The name Rino means "jasmine, pear tree" (莉) (ri), and "sound, noise" (音) (no).

- Rino's surname Enomoto means "Japanese zelvoka tree" (榎) (eno) and "book, main, true, real" (本) (moto).

Trivia:

- Rino is the only girl of the Super Peace Busters Club whose name doesn't end with the kanji -ko (子).

- Rino used to refer to her pals by the nicknames Meiko had given them as children. When she reached high school, she began calling them by their real names because their nicknames were "childish" and "immature" to her, as well as a reminder that Meiko gave them nicknames. Rino, however, resumed calling her friends by their nicknames after finally receiving closure after Menma went on.
