It's been a year since Lexi and Cas moved in with Sam and Dean, they have all become fast friends, especially Cas and Dean.

"Good morning guys, I hope there's coffee." Lexi smiles before she notices Dean smirking at her.

"What are you so happy about Casanova?"

"Just thinking how sexy you look with that big old belly sticking out of my shirt."

"Oh, shut up, I look like a blimp."

"Good morning, Lexi, you look radiant." Cas smiles at Lexi as he eats his breakfast.

"Aww thanks Cas."

"And how are those twins treating you this morning Lex?" Sam asks as he passes her a fresh cup of coffee.

"They're treating my insides like a training room, they especially like using my bladder for target practice, you can definitely tell they're Winchesters." Lexi laughs as she sips her coffee.

"That's my boys, fighters already, they'll be awesome hunters."

"Actually Dean, it's a boy and a girl and they love your voice." Cas pipes up between mouthfuls of cereal.

"Hear that, they love my voice." Dean sits back in his chair a broad grin on his face.

"Look at you Casanova, grinning like the Cheshire cat, you're so adorable." Lexi pinches his cheek before leaning in to kiss him.

"Get a room you two, I'm trying to eat here." Sam sarcastically said.

"I would love to Chuckles but I need to go shopping, I'll see you guys later."

"I should come with you, give me a minute to change." Cas says as he leaves the room.

A few minutes later Cas returns ready to leave.

"Ok Cas come on I'll buy you a burger, bye Chuckles, bye Casanova, love you."

"Love you too Sparky, call if you need me." Dean smiles as he watches the two leave, he has never felt this happy.

Lexi and Cas have been shopping for a few hours, they are loading the bags into the car when Cas receives a phone call.

"Really...... okay...... yes i know...... fine."

"Everything alright Cas?."

"Yeah, Dean wants us to pick up some pie."

"Of course he does, okay you stay here and eat your burger, I'll be right back." Lexi leaves Cas sitting in the car while she heads to the store to get Dean his pie.

Ten minutes later Lexi leaves the store, bags full of pie in her hands, she's about to cross the street when someone bumps into her.

"Oh I'm so sorry... wow, you should not be carrying all that, how far along are you?." 

"Oh I'm okay, I'm stronger than i look, almost 7 months." Lexi replies not realising the danger she is in.

"How nice, a precious little one almost ready to see the world." the stranger says a slightly wicked grin on her face.

"Little ones actually, it's twins." Lexi says oblivious to the woman's malicious grin.

"You should be home resting Kitten." a familiar voice comes from behind Lexi, she spins round to see John standing there, she puts the bags down and throws her arms around him.

"It's not safe, she's a demon." John whispers into Lexi's ear before pulling away from the hug, he picks up the bags and waits for Lexi to follow him."

"Well it was nice chatting with you but i really need to get these home." Lexi says to the woman as she motions to the bags John is now holding.

"Of course, I'm sure we will meet again soon." the woman says her grin faltering.

While John helps Lexi into his truck Cas calls Dean, "Your dad is driving her home now, I'll follow once i know the demon is not following."

"Thanks Cas." Dean almost crushes the cell phone as he hangs up, he walks outside and paces while waiting for the familiar truck to pull up.

As soon as John stops the truck Lexi runs straight into Deans arms, tears streaking her face, she's trembling with fear as he holds her, gently brushing her hear with his hand.

"I've got you baby, you're safe now." Dean says softly as he lifts her into his arms and walks to their room.

After calming her down Dean stays with her until she falls asleep, once he knows she's sleeping he joins the others.

"You're sure it's her?."

"Yes, it was definitely Meg." Cas responds through gritted teeth.

"We need to put that bitch down for good." Dean spits out, his anger palpable.

"We have the colt, time for a demon hunt."John holds up the colt proudly.

"We need to find out who keeps sending her and why." Sam interjects.

"Why, if we get rid of her she can't come after Sparky again." Dean asks confused at Sam's words.

"She cant no, but whoever is behind her can just send more demons." Sam says, his point finally resonating with Dean.

"Sam's right, we need to figure this out, I need my girl and the babies to be safe." Dean's voice was tinged with determination.

"I might be able to help with that, i have a contact in hell." Castiel's words elicit a shocked look from everyone in the room but nobody questions it.

"Well okay then, let's get to work, I'm done with demons threatening my family." Deans voice was filled with authority, Sam and John instantly started researching, Cas left to go talk to his contact and Dean went to check on Lexi.
