As you laid their karl right beside you asleep. Your lower body hurt except you legs. It wasn't bad it was just tiny sharp stabs it felt like. You gotten up but it just made it worse so you sat back down waking karl up as you held your stomach."pumpkin is something the matter." He ask in a tired as shit voice. If felt like air was streching out you skin to burst outside."hurts" you said as your hands still held the bump."pumpkin why dont you stay in bed for the day." He said worried. I nodded and laid back down as he went to try to cook.

As you laid down each hour that passed the more the pain increased and intensified. The baby kicked and damn was that so cute but it didnt help the pain or anything. Karl had Already finished your breakfast and left sat right beside you as he brushed through your hair and trying everything he could to comfort you through this

You heard a knock on the downstairs front door."ill go check who that is dont move k pumpkin." He said i nodded before he kissed my cheek and left me. At this point it felt like a knife stabs hadn't been as painful as this.

Karl P.O.V

I Walked downstairs and opened the front door."mia chris and baby rose?" I asked."come in" i also said opening the door wide beforw closing it as soon as they were in."so how did you find y/ns home." I said as we all sat on the couch."well theirs only one y/n in Germany that lived in this place and is a famous writer." Chris said then mia nodded."so hows y/n doing?" He asked. "Well ever since this morning at 7 something had been hurting her and its still going on i tried my best to comfort her and it helped her mood but not pain exacly."i said. Chris looked at mia."she might be have contractions" mia said."and terribly close to labor." Chris said."but its only two more days till." I said. "It doesn't matter that might be a early birth." Mia said."take us to her." Chris asked. "Alright this way" i said as i stood up and lead them to me and y/ns bedroom.

Y/n P.O.V

I laid there as my eyes were shut tight closed and i grinned my teeth. Chris and."mia? I haven't- seen you in fo-rever" i said as mia gave rose to chris."y/n? Its been years since iv seen you but lets pushed that aside for now." She said as she put my arm around he neck and she put an arm around my waist and stood me up."karl watched siting from the bed. "Alright do you have a exercise ball?"mia ask. I nodded and point to a room down stairs that was the stairs to the basement gym. She helped me walk to the gym and sat me down on the ball."start rolling around on that ill give you some of this to help the pain." She said as she pulled out pills from the bottle and put them in my hands. I swallowed them and they immediately lifted the pain. I started to bounce and roll around as mia supervised me. But just then something trickled out of me. Mia rushed me to the car as the pains came back."EVERYBODY GET IN THE CAR!" She yelled out like she was telling her children to karl rose and chris sat in the back as i was in passenger and mia driving."are we there?" I said as i reach for the handle just above my cardoor. As we rushed in and checked in nurses and a doctor walked in the room. I was in so much pain i felt nauseous and dizzy and even had a headache. chris walked out as karl and mia changed me into a hospital gown. I couldn't move a muscle it hurt. Chris went to car holding rose with him."your at a six we need to wait till shes a ten." The doctor said as he measured how much i was dilated."i am going to put her on epidural but shes gonna be asleep for that thanks to her unique body and spine structure." He said. Karl and mia nodded as the docter put a needle into my arm and i was put out into deep sleep.

Karls P.O.V

I sat there as y/n had been put to sleep and the doctor left the room. I was excited about being a father Apart of a real family but i was worried sick
Y/n was gonna be ok or not and about how much pain she would feel throughout this. I stood up and walked next to her and hugged her well she was laying down and asleep."She'll be ok i promise you" mia reasured me."you both remind me of my husband" mia laugh."im deeply sorry for winters loss." I said as i held y/ns hand. Little did you both knew ethan was still alive a very much well after being revived by the duke. Just then the docter walked in "so we are gonna have to do this naturally." He said. Mia looked at the doctor and then looked and y/n.

Y/ns P.O.V

"So we are gonna have to do this naturally due to in her last check up we asked her about it when if she ever became pregnant if she wanted to do this naturally or with epidural and she chose naturally." the doctor said. I wake up to the pain had washed away for a little."but i did put her on another kinda like that that will circuit through her waist and down to her lower ankles and will block the pain untill she starts pushing. I am going to check if shes dilated or not." He says as he stands up and puts on blue rubbery gloves to check if it dilated. I look up to karl with a smile on my face."shes ready" the doctor says before pressing a button. Suddenly all the nurses from before come in and to my surprise whom we thought were dead lady D, donna and angie came in the room. I didnt notice due to the doctors and nurses surrounding me. Karl kissed my forehead and made his way out of the wall of doctors and nurses. Mia was also right beside my childhood best friend.
