All throughout na kasama ko
’yung grupo mo sa project niyo,
you were like the chillest one,
pero sobrang hands on mo.
There were times that you’re
stressed out but then you still
show them how chill you are.
I can notice that, you know?
You go through and through
the details just to make sure
nothing goes wrong, just to
make sure that everything
will go well.

And as a leader, you handled
your group well.

Most of the times, kayong apat
lang ang nami-meet ko, few
times with the whole group,
but both scenarios, you were a
leader, not a boss.

You do things with them, not
commanding and demanding
them to just do things the way
you want it but you let them
make decisions, you let them
create things with their talents
and passions.

Kung kaya mo nga rin, inaako
mo na, na halos ikaw na ang
gumagawa.

Above all, you are the one
who drew the layout, the blueprint
of the whole news program.
Generally, it is your idea.
The foundation and flow of the
program were very detailed and
nice at sabi ko nga noon, mas
mapapaganda at mapapabuti
ninyo, ikaw at ng grupo mo,
kasi lalagyan niyo ng buhay
’yung gawa mo.

As for being the number one,
don’t be pressured about it, Aden.
Just enjoy the final filming, and
try to realize that you loved and
enjoyed the whole process.

The experience, the progress.
’Yung result, validation na lang
iyon.

Just do your best and just enjoy.

Your group was made in a healthy relationship and communication.
