Evangeline could still feel the euphoria in her veins.
Am I dreaming?
She stayed underneath the hot water of the shower as she covered her blushing face. Her heart felt like it was going to burst and she couldn't stop smiling like an idiot. Evangeline couldn't believe what they had just done and everything happened so fast. She covered her face with her hands as she blushed heavily. He was so gentle and patient with her, it gave her butterflies all over again. Never did she expect to meet him and sleep with him. Shinso was such a popular hero and such a gentleman to her. The way his hands moved around her body felt amazing. His tongue against her sex felt like she was melting in his hands. No one had ever touched her like that before and she nearly forgot how to function in his presence. Never in her life did she feel so wanted until today.
She felt like a giddy schoolgirl.
I never knew I could meet someone like him.
How'd I get so lucky?
She smiled to herself as she started to pour some shampoo into her hand before she applied it to her hair. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see Shinso stepping into the bathroom. His silhouette moved around through the foggy shower glass door.
"Evangeline? Where do you keep your washcloths?" he asked.
"Oh, I have them in the hallway closet. The handle is a bit broken so you have to push the door inward, lift the knob and pull. It'll open that way." she said over the sound of the shower.
"It's broken?" he chuckled.
"Yup, since the day I moved in." she giggled softly.
She watched him walk out of the bathroom for a moment and come back after a few minutes. He wet a washcloth in the sink and started to clean himself off with a washcloth.
"Do you want to take a shower? I can hurry," she asked as she opened the shower door with a crack.
Shinso turned his head to her. "Do you want me to shower with you?"
"I mean if you want to. I'm already running late and it's better if we both shower at the same time?" she blushed as she rambled.
"Only If you don't mind."
He set the washcloth down on the sink and walked over to her. He was already naked so she kept the shower door open for him. He stepped inside before closing the door behind him. He gently grabbed onto her waist to move around her.
"I'm sorry if it's cramped. I'm almost done. I'm sorry if I don't have soaps that smell manly." Evangeline said as she handed him a bar of soap.
"Don't be sorry about it, sweetheart." Shinso chuckled as he took the soap.
Evangeline turned around as she rinsed out the shampoo and she watched Shinso wash his body. Her eyes fixated on his hands moving against his body.
"If you stare any harder your eye will fall out of your head, my dear."
"Shoot! I'm sorry!" She bit her lip as she tore her gaze away to wash her body.
I'm so stupid!
Why did I stare at him so hard?
Once they are finished showering together, Evangeline turns off the shower and wipes water from her face. Shinso gave her a smirk before opening the shower door for her.
"How much time do you need before you're ready to go?" he asked.
"Maybe 30 minutes? I have to pick out clothes and do my makeup," she responded as she stepped out of the shower.
