"You already know the process, right Kio?" Tsunade asked Kio who was laying down in the hospital's bed with her shirt up.

Once Orochimaru found out Kio was pregnant he called Tsunade to do an ultrasound on her, of course after calming Kio from the panic attack that she had.

"Yes.... Please tell Orochimaru I'm not pregnant and that his wrong" She said with hope in her voice

Orochimaru chuckle and smile evilly "if you don't want the kid I can train him and have his body once his strong and have the sharingan MUHAHAHAHHA"

Kio turned to tsunade and Tsuande looked at Kio. they both ignored Orochimaru and continue with the ultrasound in silence until Kio spoke up again "how do you know is an uchiha??"

"So you agree that your pregnant?" He smirked "and it's obvious, your like five or six weeks and you broke up with shino three months ago?? Not sure but the dates don't match"

"What makes you think I did it with sasuke?" Kio scoffed

"Then who else" Tsunade teased

"I-I don't have to answer none of your questions thank you"

"Bingo.... but anyways Kio, your six weeks pregnant with a healthy baby" tsunade smile big at her

"No shit Sherlock I thought it was a pig"

"Kio..."

"Sorry Tsunade"

Kio looked up at the sealing while she played with the elastic of her pants.

She was nervous and pregnant for the second time in her life, she made another big mistake... she got pregnant from sasuke again. What is she going to do? How is sasaki going to react? This was a mess and there was just one solution....

Kio started to cry like a toddler "WHAT IM I GOING TO DO OROCHIMARU"

Orochimaru looked at Kio and slapped her across the face "do not cry Kio, the mistake is already made you need to put your shit together and stand up be happy for the son you already have and the next kid your having there is no reason to cry you have me, sasaki, kakashi, naruto, hinata and half of the village you aren't alone in this if sasuke doesn't care then you have us"

Tsunade on the back just nodded in agreement.

Kio cleaned her tears and nodded too, he was right she wasn't alone and if she could take care if a kid at age 19 she could at 32.

Orochimaru and Kio left the hospital, tsunade offered her self to watch over the hospital for the night so that Kio could relax and tell sasaki about her pregnancy.

Orochimaru drop Kio in her house and she walked inside closing the door behind and taking her shoes off.

"Sasaki w-we need to talk" she said walking towards the dining table but on her way she spotted two heads in the living room at the sofa "Oh sarada hey.... I didn't know you were here"

"If you need to converse with sasaki alone I may take my leave" she stood up but Kio stopped her "no no please stay, I will like to tell you too so that you can prepare Sakura for it"

"For what mom?" Sasaki questioned

Sarada sat down by sasaki's side while Kio sat on her knees in front of the kids.

She wasn't prepare for this but nevertheless she gather all the courage that she had and looked at her son and sarada in the eyes "If I'm being completely honest with both of you I'm... I'm scared of what's coming up..." she smile sincerely towards them "something happened that I didn't plan and I cannot hide it..... I-I'm p-pregnant"
