So, I've shown this to Mr Cole, aware that he probably wouldn't like it. And not liking having to show it to him all the same, but I needed to hand something in, and I hadn't written anything else. He said it was good though. Not really sure why.
He did say he wanted it to have more actual actions and dialogical interactions, and not just me saying random stuff about my life.
So here it goes. This is what my day was like.
I woke up today with Jean's banging on the door, yelling that we were going to be late. My alarm had not rung for some reason (actually, that's just what I told them, but the truth is that it did; I just turned it off because I wanted to sleep. And, of course, she had to figure it out).
—You're lying —she said, looking down at me. I don't even know how she manages to do that, given that I'm taller than she is, but she does.
—No I'm not. Piss off.
—You are! You are so transparent.
—And you are so annoying. Can't someone just cut your tongue out?
—Oh, brother —she smiled amply—, you know I'd find a way to annoy you anyways. I could die, and I'd still visit from heaven to make your life miserable.
—Heaven? Girls with pierced noses don't go to heaven.
—Hell then.
—That's easier to believe.
—I'd drag you right to hell with me!
—What are you saying? —I pressed my chest, pretending to be deeply offended—. I'm a good boy!
—You mistook good for gay again, darling. Do you need to learn the distinction once more?
—I consider myself outraged!
—Jean, leave your brother alone —my mom walked up from the kitchen—. The only people who don't get to go to heaven are the ones who are late for school. And that's what you two are, so get dressed already!
—And I'm bisexual, bitch —I added.
—Yeah, that too —Mom confirmed, already walking away—. Without the "bitch" part. Female dogs have nothing to do with your sister's evil.
Isn't my family the coolest? Say no and I will personally kill you.
We ended up being late, of course, as we always do. The truth is, Jean doesn't really care about school. She just wants to torture me. But we had Biology in the first period, so I didn't really care either. I sat down next to Mina, who was making weird faces during the whole class for no reason, making it a little difficult for me to focus on Mr Haverjev's lecture.
Next up, P.E., which is normally fine by me, but I had to team up with Xiao. The ball kept changing its way in the air and coming back to me, and I just couldn't stop it. And I could tell that he found it amusing, but that only made things worse. By the end, my face was red from a combination of the exercise and the absolute embarrassment.
—Hey, Kel —he said afterwards, smiling and touching my arm. God, he's perfect—. Nice training, you're a good player, but could you try to actually pass me the ball next time?
I muttered a half-apology and left.
Mina found the whole situation extremely hilarious, of course, because she's a psychopath, and now she's reading over my shoulder and smirking at me calling her a psychopath, so that gives you an idea of how much of a psychopath she is.
—How can you laugh? —I asked her, almost laughing at that point—. Don't you see how traumatizing this is for me? I don't exactly want him to know how anxious he makes me!
