One day in mallika's house 🏡 . Avneet went to mallika's house and started screaming her her name .
Avneet :- mallika
Mallika :- no response .

Avneet called her name so many times but she was not having response at all . Avneet started worrying . She searched her for her in while house . But she didn't fine her at last she went to mallika room bathroom and was shocked to see the thing which was there in front of her . She didn't understand anything she saw mallika lifelessly laying in the bathtub . Blood was all over the bathroom . Avneet was scared to hell then there she saw a note .
I cannot live anymore with this ignorence . I cannot live with out my handsome topper . He is my everything 💘 . I love him a lot . But he did not love me . He don't want me . But I want him . Avneet was really shocked to see this . Seeing this all she under taht mallika did suside and with out wasting any time she called ambulance and took her to hospital and made her treatment . She waited they for so much time and then the doctor said she is fine and she will come in to her senses in 2 to 3 hours she felt relaxed . And she took the doctor that she will be back with in 1 hour and she left from hospital . She took the note which mallika wrote and she went to college to canteen where sumedh was there she went near him and just slapped him on his check . Sumedh was shocked to hell . He did even understand why did avneet slap him he got anger . He was about to slap avneet but sid who was beside sumedh stopped him from slapping avneet . Then avneet said .
Avneet :- wow great mr sumedh mudgalkar ( she was having tears in her eyes 🥺)
Sumedh :- what wow . What the hell why did you slap me who the hell are you . And what right you have to slap me huh .

Sumedh was just shocked to here that mallika was in hospital laying lifelessly on the bed . Tears came In his eyes . At a second whole world blasted in front of him . The girl . The one and only girl after his mother he loved was now on hospital bed . His beautiful angel was in hospital. With crying voice sumedh asked .

Avneet gave the letter which she found in the bathroom to sumedh . Sumedh took the letter and read it . After reading he started crying 😭😭. And then ......
